These guys came through in a pinch. I had a clogged drain affecting both my washer and garbage disposal and they offered Saturday morning service with 3 days notice. The communication leading up to the service appointment was excellent. The technician was on time and professional. He offered me three different services: a basic snake service for $379, a deep dive service for under $800 and their most advanced service for under $1000. I opted for the cheapest. He explained the procedure and showed me where the problem was, cleaned the drains, cleaned up whatever mess was made, and he was in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

We discovered that our sewer lines are cast iron and almost 50 years old. Drain Masters came out and inspected the entire sewer line from the house to where it connects to the city sewer line. They let us watch as the technician ran the camera down the line and pointed out where existing issues were and spots that were likely to become issues in the future. They explained in detail what we were seeing, how issues happened, and what could/would happen if the issues were left as-is. The two gentlemen that did this inspection, Henry and Gerald, were very professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. They were very patient in explaining things to me and made sure I understood what I was seeing. Once we agreed to have them line the pipes to restore them, they got us on the schedule quickly. The crew that came in to do the work, Roger and Ian, made sure that I was kept informed of the progress, didn't mind that my dog kept laying down right in their path - his way of getting more attention :-) - and were focused on making sure the job was done right rather than just getting it done. I was very impressed with the entire process and all the individuals involved. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I did not realize Drainmasters were not professional plumbers. We were not getting water to our toilets. My husband called this company to come out and take a look. I stayed home and told them that my husband had changed the valve and the hose. I failed to tell them he had also changed the angle stop. The person they sent out changed all the same parts my husband had already done and wanted to charge us over $700. My husband came home and was talking to the person that did the work, only to find out he was not even a licensed plumber. The person stated he was only the vacuum truck driver and their plumber was on vacation. My husband was livid. My husband is not a confrontational person, yet he called the supervisor. All they could do was to reduce the price to $500. $500 for work my husband had already done. Needless to say, we had real plumbers come to our house and fixed the problem within an hour for less than $300. Drainmasters is a rip off and don't even send certified licensed plumbers. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Avoid. They charge $59 to come out and access the problem then present you with a number of severely overpriced options. No discussion of what they felt needed to be done to address the problem, just choices that you need to make for them to perform. For my issue I had a clogged drain and they presented options from snaking the drain for slightly over $300 to a camera and water jet for north of $600. Call a real plumber, that's what I did. Cost me less than $150.

Cody and Cord, our technicians on this job, we're both competent and courteous throughout. They got right to work and were happy to keep us informed every step of the way. They even advised us as to when certain aspects of the work would be done so we could observe what the camera was recording inside the pipes. The job took 4 days and involved jackhammering up a floor, but when they were done, they ensured that the job site was thoroughly cleaned up and order restored. I was apprehensive initially about having to leave my house for the duration of the work but their diligent work ethic took away my uncertainty. I knew the house would be in good hands. Thank you for a good job!
