These guys/gals are flipping amazing, have used them before and they proved why they have a max rating tonight. Had a drain clog issue and called them up, was advised of an extra fee for the after hours call out and had no problem with it. I was advised that someone would be by in an hour and the gentleman called and said he could be here early and showed up thirty minutes earlier than planned -- totally badass. I had already pulled my toilet trying to clear the drain myself with no luck, the gentleman came up, looked at my drain, brought his power drain snake in and had the drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. Totally awesome, very polite, efficient and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs drain service, they are my go to place for all of my drain needs!

Great service! They came the same day that I called. I described the problems I had to them over the phone - a pipe separation in my crawl space and a clog that turned out to be in my main line, caused by tree roots. They came and had everything fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. From my experience, this is a very trustworthy and capable company.

At one point, they asked if I could hold off on my non-emergency repair to allow them to deal with emergencies. I called Drain Masters because my main sewer line was completely clogged and out of service.They had originally set me up with an appointment for the next morning because they were booked up for the day.They ended up calling me back after a little while to tell me a tech. finished up sooner than expected and they could come over now.The guy showed up and had the sewer pipe cleared in no time.Turns out there were roots in the pipe.He advised sending a camera down the pipe to pin the exact problem down.Very nice guy,put the pipe back together for us.Would recommend their services to anyone.Awesome people to deal with.

I would have given them 6 stars. Steve came out on a Saturday and snaked the garage floor drain to the main line. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I will totally recommend Drain Masters. Side note, Steve spoke very highly of his boss and employer. This also tells me that this company takes care of their people. I respect that. They've earned our future business.

The water flows again! Thank you Jeff. Called for an appointment the evening before and was given a window of 10 am to 12 noon for the next morning. Jeff called at 9:45 am to say he was 10 to 15 minutes from our house. He is a friendly, considerate person. He went to work immediately, knew just where to start and got rid of a main drain clog.. Moral of the story is even if they flushable wipes, DO NOT flush them! Thanks again Jeff! ""Problem Solved"".

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. He was running a little late, called before he was due, to say he was running behind, stayed well past 5 on a Friday night to get me back up and running, charged me no overtime, left my bathroom pristine (which is ALOT more than I can say for roto rooter, who I called two months before) and left me with a very detailed receipt for my landlord. I will tell anyone who needs a plumber, that this is the guy to call. Drain Masters are the best. Courteous, professional, thorough, affordable. I could go on and on.
