I called and asked for their price to unclog a bathtub drain, got a price and was told they could come out later that evening. I sent them my address and never heard back from them again. No call, no show. Cannot recommend.

My post is so long overdue but the great service deserved a Yelp review. I found Drain Master Plumbing on Yelp during a plumbing emergency at my rental unit. I appreciated the quick response (especially when other plumbers can't bother to call or text you back) and setting up the repairs was super easy.

What an awesome service, AL answers his phone and 100% polite. Very courteous and respectful of the property. The father, son duo came to my parents house late at night and completed clearing out the kitchen drain that another plumber couldn't unclog earlier in the day. Al removed the pipe and cleared it out. For good measures, he even snaked the remaining drain to the main.

Oddly, he was recommended by the previous plumber and I am glad he did. Now I have a new professional I can rely on. Great guy you can call family.

We had an emergency situation with our kitchen sink. Called some other plumbing companies they either could not come out for emergency or charge sky high prices. Al was able to come save our lives. He did such an amazing job figuring out what the issue was and fixed everything for us. He is a very tidy guy which I greatly appreciated. The price was very reasonable as well. Al was fabulous! He answered my Yelp message late at night requesting emergency service (our one bathroom for family of four was blocked in the toilet and the shower/tub) and he called and planned to come the next day at 9am.
He was affordable, fast, friendly, on time, clean (he wore slippers to cover his boots and didn't leave one bit of mess), he wore a mask (even outside), and he gave me a 30 day guarantee which I think was very gracious because he warned me the root problem we have going on will happen again.
I'm very happy. I told my landlord and she may let me call on him for future problems which people make me happy!

Great service all around! Being that my whole family is working/going to school from home, we've been over utilizing our plumbing system which resulted in experiencing some plumbing problems for the past couple of weeks. Al was quick to respond and showed up right on time for our appointment. He was very thorough in his inspection and carefully explained issues we were experiencing. The services required were going to require 2 days of work as it was major repair. Each day, Al and his crew showed up on time and throughout the job, Al would explain to me what they were doing, I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues large or small.
