Drain Master was at our house soon after we called, immediately diagnosed our slab leak and took steps to repair it in a prompt and timely fashion. Alex and Hugo were wonderful and followed through referring us to an excellent water mitigation company so that we were able to minimize further damage to our walls and kitchen cabinets. Helped me after a leak in the kitchen and trouble with the main line. Lots of work to be done and up for the challenge. Also, Helped me find the right tankless heater and installed it at a good price.

These guys are AMAZING!!!! After finding our tankless water heaters spraying massive amounts of water... during a drought, I requested a quote from Drain Master. Not only did they reply for my quote request in less than 30 Min. at 10PM but Alex touched base 1st thing in the morning. They had Hugo (ALSO AWESOME) come out right away to fix our Tankless water heater.... it happened to be a regulator problem instead. Thier pricing is very fair and the service all fee was 80$ less than others that replied to my request...

I will DEFINITELY be using them again!!!

The plumber was a very nice guy but BEWARE. I called them to come and fix a leaky water heater and a leak in our backyard. A pipe was changed in the water heater and looking at the backyard leak was put off for the following day. The next morning, I had no hot water. I had to call them out earlier than they were planning to come to explore the backyard leak. They did come and relight the hot water heater. Next, a big hole was dug in my backyard to locate a leak in the yard. It was located. The water feeding it was turned off and then the plumber left telling me he would put up cones to alert kids to the giant hole and his boss would come back 2 days later, Monday, to assure the job was being done properly. No cones were put in place. Today is Tuesday almost noon. I have had a giant hole in my backyard for 72 hours now and I just got a call from them. BTW - I had to call another plumber out Sunday morning because again I had no hot water. Since the second plumber came the hot water is fine. He didn't have time to work on the yard Sunday, but I will have to find someone reliable.
