We had a clogged kitchen sink drain and Sarkis came out to assess/fix. He was very timely in arriving and has outstanding customer service. He walked through with us what he thought had caused it and then showed us what he was doing to fix it. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely use them again!

Recently I had an emergency and called Alex and to my surprise he answered (most places you call you get an answering service but here you get the BOSS) and had one of his men come out that afternoon. You just can't find service like that these days. Two days later Alex and two of his men came out to do my repair and they were on time, communicated what was being done, diligently did the job even though it started raining and he and his men got soaked, cleaned up afterwards and were reasonable regarding the cost of the job. I was so impressed I will make him and his company my go-to plumbing company from now on. So Professional and service at its best!!! You would be crazy to call any other plumbing service.

Had a leak at the main water meter. I called and was given next day service..The tech called to let me know he was on his way..Very professional and explained what they were doing. Job was done in a short time and the tech left the area clean.Would recommed their service.

I called Drain Master for an estimate on some plumbing work we needed during our kitchen renovation, and Alex the owner came by and gave us an extensive consultation! He spent so much time talking to us about how we could fix an air vent issue we had, including how to make it work but also have it be up to code. Not only this, he gave us so much crucial advice on other parts of our renovation that no one else had told us about! His crew came and completed the multiple jobs we needed to have done in a short time, and both gentlemen were very polite and hard working! They even spent time with us explaining what was being done. I am so glad to have found a plumber we can trust for all our future needs, and I will definitely be referring to family and friends for any issues they are having as well. I called Drain Master about a leak in my upstairs bathroom that was dripping through the ceiling in my first floor dining room. Alex promptly returned my call, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to evaluate the situation. The technician arrived within the scheduled time, and even phoned ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The guy was polite, professional, and knowledgable. So far so good! He had spent about 15 minutes with us and then got a phone call, which he took, saying it was his boss. He talked for about two minutes, explaining our situation, and then hung up and told us ""My boss doesn't want to take this job, because their insurance didn't cover this kind of work"". Disappointing but I understand and thanks for the prompt response!

Great service! One of our sinks was plugged and, naturally, it was Labor Day weekend. Alex was super helpful when I called and was able to get his guys out there the same day to hydro-jet the line. They got the job done quickly and I can't thank them enough for saving us on the long weekend.
