Incredible and reliable service from Drain Master Plumbing & Rooter! Alex diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and immediately called the warranty company to let them know of the issue so I can approve the work. The entire replacement of the water heater took less than 3 hours! He was communicative throughout the entire process since I wasn't there physically and explained how everything will work. He also helped stop a leak that wasn't part of original house call. He provides a 3 month warranty which is great!

I couldn't recommend Alex of Root Master Plumbing & Rooter more highly. He arrived when he said he would and was friendly and polite. He diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes, contacted my home waranty company and got approval for the repairs in about 20 minutes more. When the new water heater was installed, he left the area even cleaner than he found it. Alex even managed to fine an upgraded water heater on sale at the same price. From his arrival to hot water took about 3 hours and half of that time was getting the WH at the supplier. Great service!
