Drain Master has exceeded my expectations tremendously. I recently purchased my home and started experiencing plumbing issues within the first 2 weeks. My first step, was to use my home warranty insurance. This was a failure, as my home warranty insurance sent multiple incompetent plumbing businesses to just simply mediate the issue, as the issue was bigger than what I could imagine. After the quick fixes, I had the sewage seep back into my house through my bathtub, toilets, and even my sink. My house smelled like sewage and I couldn't handle the smell. I resorted to Yelp and found Drain Master on top of the list; however, I called other companies before committing to one plumber. Alex at Drain Master was the most interactive and listened carefully to the disaster I was experiencing. Within minutes, I was scheduled for same day service. Hugo and Sam responded, and quickly went to work. They found the issue and diagnosed the problem as a possible broken mainline. Instead of utilizing my home warranty insurance, I called my home insurance and Hugo discussed the diagnosis of the problem. Hugo was very detailed and explained the dangers of the sewage spillage to my insurance. Once the approval for work was authorized, Hugo and Sam wasted no time to resolve the issue. Though, the issue was a lot bigger than what I could imagine. Since my house was built in the 50's, the possibility of a serious expense was looming.
After discussing the possible resolutions to not just fix the problem, but to have my plumbing lines corrected once and for all (well at least as long as the new material would last), Hugo cleared the lines to have the sewage drain properly. At this moment, they recommended a mitigation company for the sewage clean-up and made an appointment for the following day.
The following day, Alex came with Hugo and Sam to resolve the problem completely. Alex did not attempt to enrich himself by doing unnecessary work and provided detailed projections on how to resolve the plumbing issue. The main plan was to cut only the necessary part of my driveway to fix the entire pipe in order to save my driveway and to have a completely open mainline. This project was scheduled the following day and was finished within 5 hours. I couldn't believe how quick, efficient, and organized the work was processed. After the work was completed, Alex came back to do a quality inspection and final overview of the completed work. All the sewage was cleaned inside and outside my house, and all the trash was discarded with no sign of residuals from the work performed.
I normally don't write such extensive reviews; however, Alex and his team deserve the recognition of being honest, attentive, and dedicated plumbing professionals. My family is grateful for the fast and detailed response. This is a business I personally recommend for any plumbing need. Drain Master will not disappoint and will provide the best resolution.

Happy to say our toilet is running great now that Hugo found the source of the problem. Previously had someone else work on it and the job wasn't done right. Could of been a costly mistake if Hugo hadn't been experienced and checked out the drain to find the problem.

On an unassuming Thursday afternoon, I endured a first in my decorated history of unclogging the bathroom toilet: failure. In a perfect rhythm and and at a furious pace, I lunged my industrial plunger into the clogged master bathroom toilet. What seemed like forever later, the unwelcomed excess of water remained at a standstill and triumphantly hugged the toilet's brim. Five more valiant attempts, to no avail. A series of unfortunate events suddenly unfolded moments later. Commencing the sequence was a massive, unyielding flood in the master bathroom shower. This was quickly followed by a synchronous invasion of an adjacent bathroom's toilet and full-sized tub, spear-headed by a large volume of unsightly and unapologetically foul-smelling sewage. Only a toilet and shower on the opposite end of the house survived the onslaught. I was informed during one among my barrage of frantic phone calls that I likely had a partial main line obstruction on my hands.

Among my long list of calls was one placed to Alex. I arranged an appointment with him for the following afternoon based on his pleasant demeanor, stellar Yelp reviews, and enticing $100 for $150 Yelp deal. The following day, Alex's associate Hugo arrived at my house and bailed me out of this nightmare. He diligently maneuvered an industrial snake through the main sewer line and removed what he identified to be the culprit: stubborn deposits formed by the clumping of paper towels over time. The seemingly unending arsenal of roadblocks forged by an intertwined network of aggregating paper towels slowly relented and was eventually vacated in its entirety. I then heard loud streams of water flowing through the wash out valve, music to my ears.

Staring at the ground with shame, I took responsibility for the irresponsible and reckless act. Despite being considered generally well-informed by my peers, I was unaware that NOT flushing paper towels (not even a single one) down the toilet is a universally known and observed practice. Despite my ignorance, Hugo did not judge or make fun of me (though I was thoroughly embarrassed). Instead, he patiently described the anatomy/architecture of the sewer system and provided useful information to educate me and prevent the occurrence of a similarly precarious situation in the future. Before finishing up, Hugo used a snake with a camera installed at the tip (refer to posted picture) to confirm complete clearance of the obstruction as well as assess the condition of the internal structure of the pipes. He provided this added service at no additional cost.

Both Hugo and Alex are consummate professionals, and in the arena of service-based industries, their combination of honesty, fairness, and skill is second to none. I highly recommend getting in touch with them if you find yourself in a bind like mine, you won't be disappointed.
