Ross S.Recently I had Bob come out to my house to fix a pipe under my sink for the dishwasher. He ripped me off for 190.00. He said he had to go to 2 places to get a little tiny gasket. Another plumber informed me that it was not a needed part. After calling him he said the part was needed but refused to refund any part of the bill. He took advantage of me, I would never call Drain Masters again since Bob is the only plumber, and he is the Owner.
Kathleen J.We were told by ""Bob"" that he would be here to replace a sump pump ""in a few hours"". The first time he said that was over 48 hours ago. The second time was this morning - it is now 7:30 pm. When we called company to tell them not to send ""Bob"", that we need someone reliable, their response was ""okay, thank you"". If you need a plumber do not call this company!
