Everyone from DrainMaster was polite, showed up on time and got the job done in about half the time I expected. Granted it was the first time in my lifetime having to have a clean out installed but still they finished the job in the morning. They also kept it at the price on the estimate where I had other plumbers give me estimates that were more than twice the amount of money! Thank you Mike, Tim and the two other gentleman.

They were there for me when I needed them. I plan to call them first for my plumbing needs going forward. Explained everything they were doing and gave me a verbal estimate that was pretty close to what I ended up paying. Also, they worked fast. They also flattened everything out after the job was done and made sure to leave the site as good as they possibly could. I'm happy.

In May, Drain Master (Tim Sr. and Tim Jr) were part of the team that roughed out the plumbing on our bathroom remodel. They were great! Not only are they nice guys, but they worked really hard and did a fantastic job. At different points, Tim Sr. called me to come upstairs, presented me with options and asked what my preference was. That really impressed me! The did a fantastic job. Professional and hardworking guys!

Backed up kitchen sink was snaked and resolved. Tim knows about the best products and talked about preventative drain maintenance. He was quick to show up and had fair and reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Had a leak in the hot water line located in the slab. First of all when Tim came in my house I could tell he was going to help me. Honest normal man with excellent knowledge about plumbing. Told me what needed to be done, gave me a quote that was excellent. Made the job seam easy and did everything and more to make sure it was done the way it needed to be. Hiring a contractor should be an easy job but I have to say Tim and the crew exceeded this. Friendly,honest we truly felt like we had a family member helping us not a hired contractor. Don't waste your time looking around call Drainmaster and get it done.

We had requested service for a plumbing odor that was coming from the area of our kitchen and utility sink stack. Our request online was promptly served with an immediate phone call to schedule an appointment. The servicemen (father and son; Tim Sr. and Tim Jr.) arrived early the next morning and took their time to assess our scenario. Both were polite and professional and applied a courtesy test to troubleshoot the issue.

We did request any additional service at this time, however would absolutely recommend Drainmaster, based on this experience.

I am unsure why the reviews here have been negative, we had a great experience.

This is the mess that they're making on my lawn, sidewalk and driveway all while working on the house across the street. I asked if it would be cleaned up when they were done and one of them made an offhanded remark.

We used Drain Master to correct a plumbing/sewer issue we have had that caused back up in our basement as times. The man who came out was the owner's nephew, Ron. We had an initial estimate of $2500. that we paid prior to the work. In the end, we ended up paying $4000., have no estimate, no receipt, no paper work indicating the work that was done. During digging, a electric line was cut, and we no long have outside lights in the front of the house. Needs to be redug, and an electrician will repair the wire. No answer from ANYONE from Drain Master. All we asked for was for them to dig 2 feet in the area for the repair. Never asked for anything else. No reply to calls or texts.

BE WARE!!! There must be some reason no receipts are available - I wonder if the IRS is interested in cash scams like this. Thankfully banks keep identification info when checks cashed made out to Ronald Janis (mug shot availale). Seems Mike Warkenstien/owner condones no accountability and unfinished jobs.

Do not expect anyone to call you back from this outfit. They gave me an estimate for a job and I set up an appointment to have the work done three weeks in advance. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and was told that Joe would call me back. I took the day off of work to be home for the job and nobody showed up, and they didn't call me back when I called them. They are not dependable and their lack of communication sinks. DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE since you will be wasting your time.
