I made a few calls around the area to see if anyone would install my tankless water heater. Out of 6 plumbers, Joe was the only one that was willing to come out with in the hour, let alone the only one willing to take on the task of working with this new technology that every other plumber was so afraid to go near. He's a genuine guy that does genuine work. Prior to my job, he has only installed 1 tankless water heater; however, seeing him persevere in his work and the fact that I now have hot water with no leaks is a testament to his work efforts and work ethics. I will definitely be calling Joe back again until the day he retires or leaves the state.

This loser ripped me off. He came in to fix an overflow in the sink. I later realized he's the one that connected the pipes below the house that connected the washer to sink to drain the washing machine. Charged me to snake the sink. He even went so far as to yank out a water line from the laundry room. When I asked for a clear explanation of what he'd done. He quoted for an even larger job, left the sink still leaking and damaged. I tried getting a better explanation and he became rude and belligerent. Telling me I'd need to go to plumbing school to understand how to do his job. He left the kitchen sink in worse shape than before he arrived. Beware. He takes advantage of the elderly or mentally challenged. He refused to provide a receipt, nor warranty the work. His name was Steven.

Unfortunately the contractors board can't regulate the hourly rate a contractor can charge for a job this plumber took advantage of that with the job he did for me

DRAIN MAN HAS PROVIDED THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! We live on a hill and have water pumped up to the home. During the drought we had no water pressure, and no running water in the master shower. With one phone call, in 15 minutes, and on a SUNDAY, DRAIN MAN was at our doorstep and he had us back in the water business!! Not only did he fix the problem, but he had to go wading knee deep in grass to locate the meter (initially the water district told us the incorrect location as to where the shut off valve was!) He installed a shut off valve which we can now quickly access at home level, so all we need to do is turn a switch and quickly shut the water off so that the water pump is not destroyed. Previously the plumber put in a new pump, which did not fix water pressure!! Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained the process so I understood exactly what he was doing!
Another problem he discovered was that the knobs had been installed backwards in the master shower. I hate to think how much water was wasted waiting for the water TO GET HOT!! ! It always seemed curious to me why I HAD TO TURN THE COLD WATER ON TO GET HOT WATER!!
WATER CONSERVATION IS A MUST!! Mystery solved and he fixed the problem quickly!!

I say THUMBS UP TO DRAIN MAN and GOODBYE TO WASTING WATER, and NO MORE BUYING NEW WATER PUMPS (yes, we have replaced the pump which did not fix the water pressure)!!

Drain Man Plumbing does outstanding work! I live in Valley Springs and had a complete loss of water pressure caused by a broken pressure regulator control valve from the city water main to my home. I called Joe and he responded within 20 min in a fully equipped and well marked van. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and then immediately went to work on the problem. In a very short time he had correctly installed a new valve with no leaks or problems. My water pressure flow and volume now is 100% back to normal! He also installed freeze protection on the piping at no extra charge. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend you call Joe at Drain Man Plumbing to make your plumbing repairs or do installations correctly and at a reasonable price!
