My toilet started a slow leak at the base, since we have two bathrooms it wasnt a rush. They were able to fit me in quickly and at a time that worked for me. Don is such a nice guy! He came on time, was friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to quickly assess the most likely issue and got it done in under two hours! My toilet now looks better than ever! He fixed the leak and the wobble and sealed it all up beautifully. Not to mention, his price was more than fair! I urgently needed a plumber to fix a Buster water pipe leak. I had been forced to turn off my water due to an excessive water leak. He came out the next day after calling and was very informative and helpful. He explained what was necessary however he didn't do the job due to excavating needed. I would call him again. Very responsive, confident and skilled! Don immediately got back to me when a cancellation occurred and knew we had a bit of an emergency going on and he could come a day earlier, which was a great relief! He showed up on time, got right to work, and finished the job in less than an hour! We surely thought he would have to go under the house but he was able to fix our plumbing emergency and offered and installed a new toilet while he was there! Excellent service from start to finish!
