Don was fantastic, full stop. We were having a (non time-sensitive) issue with water pressure, I called on Friday afternoon, and he was able to come out on Wednesday. Showed up exactly on time (rare for this area), listened carefully to what was happening, and got to work. A few hour later our issue was solved. Don was very fair on pricing, he didn't even charge for the initial diagnosis, the clock started when he actually began the repair. We came in under budget, which is always a nice surprise. He was also happy to answer other plumbing questions I had while here. 10/10, I'd call again with no hesitation.

My toilet started a slow leak at the base, since we have two bathrooms it wasnt a rush. They were able to fit me in quickly and at a time that worked for me. Don is such a nice guy! He came on time, was friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to quickly assess the most likely issue and got it done in under two hours! My toilet now looks better than ever! He fixed the leak and the wobble and sealed it all up beautifully. Not to mention, his price was more than fair! I urgently needed a plumber to fix a Buster water pipe leak. I had been forced to turn off my water due to an excessive water leak. He came out the next day after calling and was very informative and helpful. He explained what was necessary however he didn't do the job due to excavating needed. I would call him again.
