My senior citizen parents had a problem with a toilet that couldn't drain. They tried plunging it themselves with no success. They called Drain Kings who came out within hours and we're able to fix the problem with minutes. Given the simplicity of the fix, they waived all charges. Certainly nice people!

Had a great experience with Drain Kings and will definitely use them again. Theresa was very helpful and patient with the entire process. Before calling drain kings I tried using 2 other companies to help me locate exactly where the leak in my home was coming from but I had no luck with either company and just a waste of money. They were honestly so professional and they provided infrared pics and videos with a full report of exactly where the leaks were coming from. Thank you for all your help!!

Professional and honest. They weren't able to clear one of my drains due to the pipe being broken from roots, which was a bummer. But they communicated with me on the timing of when they would show up, they worked hard and knew what they were doing and their equipment seemed high quality. I will use them again if needed in the future.

I'm a single women and now I wished I had gotten a second quote the repairs where a fortune and when I went now to see the reviews I now see other women thought the same.
That wasn't the worst part... in fixing the pipes they removed 10 Shrubs to get to the pipes and left them unplanted for 10 days and also left there tools laying in the front yard. While doing the work they broke my sprinkler system which in turn flooded the motor to my front gate and all had to be replaced. They took no responsibility of it and were very rude about the whole situation. The total cost of replacing everything was over $5000.

Drain Kings is one of the best Plumbing companies I have encountered thus far. The gals Danette and Briana in the office were extremely sweet and super helpful. They walked me though everything and even helped me get financing for my project. Tiago was the plumber that came out, and was extremely knowledgeable. He beat 3 other bids and did so without ripping up my whole yard with some sort of ""trenchless technology"". It was done quickly and the price was reasonable. Thank you Drain Kings.
