Drain Kings did an amazing job! When we had a major plumbing leak come at the worst possible time, they quickly came out and handled everything professionally and ahead of schedule. They worked with our insurance company to ensure that it would be a seamless process for us. I would highly recommend them.

Drain kings really helped me and my family out in a pretty messed up situation. We have what we thought was a broken pipe and ha a company come out and quote us on a whole new repipe- of which we didn't need. Then just to get a second opinion we found drain kings in the better home magazine and gave them a call. JC came out and took a look at everything. In the end both JC and Mitch were able to diagnose and figure out what the real problem was. We didn't even need to get our house repiped- we were able to get a jetted and lining done for WAY less than the original quote. Not to mention my yard was not touched thank you so much Drain Kings for being so honest and helping us out!

Scammers! Came out to my Encino House and quoted my family a 37k estimate.

Very pushy salesman.

Got a 2nd estimate for 10,500.

The price difference sounds like they found a person in a bad situation and decided to try to take advantage. This company will use the fear and bad nature of plumbing problems and try to squeeze every dollar from you depending on what area you live.

Cesar Serrano from Drain Kings was amazing. He was super friendly and even put on special shoe covers when entering my house. Cesar showed up on a Sunday later afternoon. And spend a lot of time. The charge was only $49.00 which is an amazing price for a weekend!
The problem turned up to a bigger drainage city line issue. Because he couldn't repair it 100%, I wasn't even charged. They also send me a proper Invoice with pictures. This is really a professional company. And I will use them going forward.

I called Drain Kings when I got their flyer $49 any drainy time. I was out of town, so my boyfriend was the one who dealt with the service guy they sent. I get a call from bf saying the service guy said the pipe he was snaking ( upstairs tub) was so decayed, it just crumbled when he put the snake thru & we need the whole thing re-piped. I then spoke to Drain King employee & he said he put a camera down the pipe & it was clearly decayed & rotted away, & needed to be replaced. I asked approx. how much would that cost.....he quotes me $5,500.00 & tells me the bathroom floor would have to be dug up to get to pipe. I told him I was coming home in 2 days & I would get another quote ...so I would let him know. Meanwhile, we think the pipe is broken so we cant use the shower, I called Red Hat Plumbing for an estimate when I got back. Their guy checked EVERY drain in my house by sending the camera down & showed us every inch of pipe it went thru. Guess what? NO decayed, rotted or broken pipe at all! He spent 2 hrs at my house checking thoroughly. Pipes were all good & I was charged $120.00. Drain Kings were trying to take me for $5,500.00! They are fraudulent & I will be reporting them for trying to rip me off.

Scam. Do not call 323-643-9003. I read all the reviews and was duped by how incredible these guys were. I had a major sewer issue where everything was backed up. Called on a Monday to check availability. Was told $275 between 10 and 12 midnight or the next day for the $50 price. Said we could wait for that discount. Two guys came out and fixed the problem, said it was roots....great! Not so much. I got home to find the exact same issue. Called and they said oh, sorry no warranties $325 for emergency service. What happened to $275? Reply- oh today is Tuesday...????? I said no thanks. I will not be calling back after already paying $50. The girl on the other end then states please dont call us... ever. To that I got angry...and asked her if she ever heard of Yelp....obviously she didn't care. She did offer my $50 back which I doubt I will ever see. So...back to square one in finding a reputable firm that actually has a person on the phone who has customer service where they stand by their service.

They came out to clear my line, initially the plumber tried to clear it with a small hand-held drill snake! Of course this did not clear the line, then the plumber told me the next option was to use the high pressure water cleaner, which would cost me over $800! I had to advise him that he hadn't even used the regular commercial snake yet, and he then tried to argue with me that my 3"" pipe was too small for that snake, and it would break up my pipes! This was all a BS story, as he really wanted me to spend over $800 with the water pressure device instead. I insisted on him using the regular snake (like every other company uses). He managed to unblock the line, I know this because the water level in the pipes when down. After he left my house, an hour later when my daughter took a shower, the line started to back up again. Evidently he had only partly unblocked the line, and did not take the time to run the snake back a forth a few times in order to make sure the line was fully unblocked. When I called Drain Kings back the following morning to come out and do the job properly, they were simply not interested and just offered to refund me what I originally paid! They realized that they were not going to make the big money on my job, so they just coped the easy way out, and refused to clear my line properly. I think they had no intention of clearing my line the quick and easy way, as they just wanted to be able to charge me the big money. Seriously why would you try to clear a main line with a hand held drill snake? I was not impressed! At least they refunded what I paid them!

My drain in bathroom sink got clogged and i start googling to get it fixed. Got lured in by special price to unclog for $50. Technician got on time, explained everything, 5 minutes later sink got unclog. But instead special price, got end up paying $125, because i dont have special access to pipes, but he fixed it using snake through sink. Will be careful next time.
