I recently used Yelp to find a plumber to fix a leaking drain valve at my apartment. Yelp connected me with 7 prospective businesses. The Drain Kings team were thorough in reviewing the project details and photos I sent over. This stood out because other providers asked repetitive questions and/or had other obstacles like needing to get on a phone call (when I was concurrently messaging 7 businesses & they all had same info), or wanting to do a house call to diagnose & quote (when I already identified issue with manufacturer).

They quickly gave me a quote & shared their availability via message so that I could reach out at my convenience (as I was waiting for the part to be delivered from the manufacturer). They weren't the ""cheapest"" but in range ($25 more) and they saved me time and effort with their professionalism so I knew I could trust their service!

I loved that Drain Kings was also available by phone and let me know that they could actually come a day before my initial appointment, which was great because I was heading out of town the next day!

Drain kings was beyond impressive, their technician came out today to take a look at a leaky faucet I had in the bath tub, he was just supposed to come out and give me an estimate and then we were going to schedule when the work would be done. Instead he took one look at my problem and was like ""I can knock this out now if you want"". 2 hours later my problem was solved. I am beyond happy with the work that they did and the prompt service is exceptional. I would recommend them for any plumbing work you need done. Thanks drain kings.

Different technician gave estimate than came to work. Repaired wrong drain. Owner made promises he didn't keep and office workers love to threaten customers. I was called and was given reason workers didn't show and then called an hour later given a completely different reason - they lie.
Don't want to work with companies who lie and do not know the job they have estimated for. Lots of other issues with their work, but that's a different review altogether.

I am in escrow, selling my home, and the buyer sent a vendor for a sewer inspection and a proposal to correct any issues. They provided a video and what I thought was a crazy number to correct a gap between my drain line and the city line.

I provided the video of the inspection to Drain Kings. They provided an initial estimate which was much more reasonable than the other company's but subject to confirmation once they had the opportunity to perform an inspection themselves (as opposed to only relying on what the prior company recorded).

Tiago was able to come out the very next day to confirm the problems and was spot on with what was previously proposed ($) to fix the problem. While the other guys use more traditional means to access problems, Drain Kings explained to me that they've invested in newer tech to be able to make repairs that are minimally invasive (meaning less concrete broken for access, and therefore less concrete to replace).

Drain Kings have been fantastic and Tiago is not only extremely knowledgeable, but the right mix of professional and personable. We are now scheduling the repair work.
