Josh and his crew were very responsive, even after business hours. They were in constant contact, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and got to work. My only irritation with the situation had nothing to do with Drain King. Our landlord went through a home warranty company which slowed the process slightly. When Drain King Plumbing and Rooter had the green light, they were swift in procuring replacement parts and were onsite within hours to correct the issue. My personal onsite experience was outstanding and I recommend retaining their company for any plumbing needs. Thanks again guys!

Home warranty scheduled drain king to look at my plumbing which was flooding. Josh informed me that the warranty is only covered if I have a clean-out around the house and that if I didn't they would need to go onto the roof and clean it out through the vent for $450. Sure enough, they ""looked"" around the house and don't find any clean-out and proceed to tell me they need to go on the roof to clean out the line for $450. I later find out that I actually have 2 clean-outs, one in the bathroom and one on the side of the house, which was where they ""looked"" initially.
Do not go with these people, very dishonest and take advangtage of customers.

$450 down the drain.

Home warranty sent Drain King Plumbing and rooter (Josh) to replace my water heater and garbage disposal and they where very polite and friendly, he also replaced a leaking water supply pipe for the water heater at a very reasonable price, in addition they replaced two new toilets and and the discharge pipe breather on my dishwasher. Overall they did an excellent job without making a big mess. I will highly recommend

I highly advise that you stay away from this company. They have poor follow-through and are a dishonest company. I was referred by my home warranty company and they came to assess an issue with my shower and needed to order a part. I scheduled two return appointments and for both, they were a no-show. When I contacted Aaron whom I was dealing with he never returned my call. I had to contact my warranty company to get a response from them, and to add insult to injury they told my warranty company they had tried to reach out to me was untrue. It literally has taken almost a month to rectify this issue.

They do not even bother to call you back. Tried to get a bathroom leak fixed. Sent several messages since I had their number on my phone and got no response.

an appointment was set with drain king (josh) to repair my faucet with the parts that were sent me, and low and behold he doesn't show up for our appointment and when i called his drain king number, (same as drain king ) i had to leave a voice mail, and i have called again since and no one is answering! are they still in business? i need my leaking faucet repaired or changed!
