My drain decided to completely clog up the day after Thanksgiving when we were having family over. I called the Drain King after the referral my plumber gave me was a no show on Saturday. The phone was answered by a live person who told me that Dave was at another job and I would be next and that she would call me when he was on his way- pretty good for a Monday morning! Sure enough, she called and let me know that Dave would be there by 11:00 am and he actually showed up 5 minutes early. He diagnosed the blockage, ran a motorized auger down the drain and cleared two blockages. Gave me clear instructions on how to prevent this in the future and was on his way in 1/2 hour. Thank goodness for reasonably priced good and quick service. I would recommend him highly!

Had a main line inside house backed up water had nowhere to go except the cellar floor. We were flooded and needed help pronto. Called Drain King and they were here in a jiffy. If we could not get the drain fixed we couldn't live in our house. We hoped we wouldn't get raked over the coals as we were desperate. Dave gave us a ballpark figure for the job. Was reasonable and Dave sprung into action. Fixed our drain. Dave was very knowledgeable, competent and honest which can be a rare commodity. Hopefully we won't need his services again but I'm keeping his business card handy. I was more than pleased with his work.

Called Drain King regarding an obstructed main sewer drain at 11:00 am. The owner Dave Ciotto responded, ran 80 ft of 4inch blade and cleared obstruction ,within just 2 .5 hours of my initial calling. Dave was friendly ,professional and fair, and I would recommend him.

At first it seemed like he was a great guy--actually I had called to cancel and the septic tank guy was coming and I thought they'd be in each other's wya--he called and insisted on coming by and said he wouldn't charge if he couldn't fix it (needed the mone?) So, I figured okay and of course he could fix it and charged over $400 and found the problem--a broken intake baffle--as a senior -- my town will pay for things like this--but I was told I needed a written statement to what was wrong. I called Monday AM and talked to his wife and she said ""she had to talk to Dave."" Tuesday I called and was told ""he came home late."" Wednesday I called twice as I had other information and even offered to let her know when to bid (the jobs have to go out to bid) and where to send it. I was told I get it (the statement) that day. It never showed up and I called again Thursday and was told I'd have it that morning. Again it never showed up. So bottom line--they never planned on doing anything and just lied to me day after day and I hate being lied to. I say if this is how they do business- and if I ever need someone again--it sure won't be this guy--I'd call Dash Drain. It seems they only want to do the job to get the $$$ and then lie to you.

We needed 2 toilets replaced. Dave came out and did the job for us. He did a beautiful job. He was very professional and explained things to us in-case we had any questions. He made sure to clean everything when he finished the job. We where very happy with the outcome of the job. We will recommend him to our family and friends.

I called this company because I had a bad O-ring that was causing a leak in my toilet. I ordered the new part and was looking for the technician to replace it.

Drain King sent out Santo who insisted that it was not the O-ring and was in fact a hose that was not plugged in correctly. He plugged in the hose , gave me a bill, and told me to call back if it continued to leak. The leak continued so I called Santo back. He agreed this time that it was the O-ring and stated that he does not work on Kohler Toilets. He then suggested that I ""call a plumber"".

After hearing this I called and asked for my money back. They had Santo call me back, he became loud and rude on the phone. When I told him that I would not be yelled at on the phone he continued to yell.

I then called back Drain King who proceeded to tell me how I was lucky they only charged me $95 and that they normally charge people more. And that they are not in fact a plumber they just fix drains and occasionally toilets.

Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you need a plumber.

We had a back up late in the evening last night, the night before Thanksgiving! Drain King was on site within 30 minutes and had the problem taken care of inside of an hour and half. Thanksgiving saved!!!

The service was timely and thorough, the technician was skilled and polite, and he cleaned up thoroughly when he was done.

I would highly recommend Drain King to anyone who needs the job done right and quickly. Thank you Drain King!

Thank you so much! We had a drain emergency with an overflowing toilet - turned out to be roots in the sewer line! I called multiple places and was either told no one was available until a week later or they didn't even answer their alleged ""emergency"" lines. Drain King answered my call immediately and was able to send someone the same day - in fact, he was able to get there within 2 hours! He was very nice and do an excellent job, also talked us through all the charges up front and explained what he was doing each step of the way so that we wouldn't be surprised at the end. Explained our options and cost too so we could make decisions based on what we were comfortable with. Highly recommend!
