A little backstory to my situation first. I work 11:00 - 07:00 during the week. I usually come home, see my young daughter off to school and my wife off to work, perhaps do a couple of chores then I sleep during the day. This morning I did the brakes on my car so I was up a bit later than normal. When I went to use my toilet it was not flushing. Plunger, hand snake, and a garage full of water later, I'm in panic mode and tired. It's now close to 2:00pm on a Friday and I'm worried about who I can get out here on short notice... and how much this is going to cost me. I searched for a few plumbers based on reviews and proximity, and Dave from Drain Kings was one of them. Dave's very nice wife answered the phone and she informed me he was currently at a job, but would call him. He was at my place within an hour and a half. He came out anticipating a snake job but after diagnosing he found a substantial clog in my pipes and got elbows deep into a big mess and cleared it all out. He saved me $100 dollars on the call. He easily could have snaked the lines and charged me much more, but he was upfront and honest. He gave me some tips on how to prevent future clogs, and guaranteed his work for ninety days. Meaning if a snake is needed in the future the price will be offset by the charges from the work already performed. He was fun to speak with throughout the process too. I would definitely use Drain King again. I witnessed firsthand that the guy knows his shit. And I mean that literally.

We had a blockage somewhere in our kitchen drain that I couldn't get out with my auger, so I called a bunch of local plumbers. Drain King got back to me very quickly and also had the quickest time to get to me - about 5 hours. David arrived right in that window and got us going in a little over an hour. He also showed me a problem with how the drain pipe was routed, along with a fix that I can handle easily.

David was very professional and cleaned up the mess when done. I'm keeping their contact info for the next time.

We had slow flushing toilets and Drain King came the next day. They were very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their work! They were able to explain our issues and also how to maintain the toilets to help in the future. The price they quoted was the price we paid. i would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Prompt excellent service. David was upfront with his analysis of our problem, talked us through the process and gave us pricing prior to doing the job. This is hard, dirty work. I called Roto-man and they promised to be st my home by 4pm. At 2, I got a call they couldn't come till Monday. I called several places...then Dirk picked up at Drain King. He was at my home in 30 minutes. Fixed my issue quickly and solved a few other issues. I actually hugged him twice! Thank you
