I had never had to personally deal with plumbing issues, and as a new home owner I found the situation overwhelming. I called Drain King , since a friend had recommended me their services, and I sure am glad that I did ! not only were they quick and knowledgeable responding to my needs, but they were also friendly and patient.
I met Brandon when he came to my house to complete the work, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was helpful and answered all of my questions, and even showed me a few tips and tricks to prevent clogs and future issues!

I will definitely be keeping Drain King in my back pocket for future plumbing fiascos and am so thankful to have worked with local people in the business that I can trust and count on.

They are fantastic here! Felt a little nervous when I had to find a plumber to clean out my clogged drains. I feel like sometimes they get bad reps and I just wanted someone to do the job fast and not charge me a ton of money. When I called them they gave me a very reasonable price and they had good choices with appointment availability. James unclogged both of my bathtub drains and told me how to prevent future clogs. He was great. He mentioned if I need help again with drains or sewer work he could help me out again and gave me their business card. Will definitely call them again if needed!

I'm so happy with these guys. Cody made sure to take care of us and was always polite! I was worried about having a plumbing company come out for my apartment problem but they were awesome and showed up on time and did the job good, like they said they would. Cody kills it! Not only did he help me get my drain unclogged fast but made it to my place in record timing! It was awesome! I didn't think I was going to get THAT fast of service but he proved me wrong! He even remembered my name after only telling him it just once way earlier on in the day! Cody was great but even the gal I talked to before him was really sweet too. Their customer service just goes a long way. Nice to have such a great experience. The staff makes things easy and simple. I would call them before anyone else when it comes to plumbing or drain issues!

They're very helpful and reliable I would call them in the morning. I did and I was still able to get a appointment for that afternoon. I didn't realize how much I use my garbage disposal until it stopped working I'm just glad they were able to fix it fast for me.

I am honestly so impressed with James and how he handled my inquiry! When I first called him, I let him know that while I liked their prices and reviews, I wanted to call around to other places before setting up an appointment. He did not mind at all which made me feel very comfortable to take my time deciding. I called back to let him know I wanted to be on the schedule for next day, and he had no problem getting me in!

He was professional the entire time, which I really appreciated. He called me when he was on his way to my house to let me know he would arrive shortly. When he arrived he got my bathtub unclogged and also offered to check my other drains to make sure they were working, for a low, set price. If they weren't, he would get them draining again. My bathroom sink always clogs, so I found this very helpful.

Before he left he took my email and I had an invoice within 20 minutes. I'm really pleased with how the entire service played out and James was always kind and professional. Call to make an appointment because they are the best!!
