I am honestly so impressed with James and how he handled my inquiry! When I first called him, I let him know that while I liked their prices and reviews, I wanted to call around to other places before setting up an appointment. He did not mind at all which made me feel very comfortable to take my time deciding. I called back to let him know I wanted to be on the schedule for next day, and he had no problem getting me in!

He was professional the entire time, which I really appreciated. He called me when he was on his way to my house to let me know he would arrive shortly. When he arrived he got my bathtub unclogged and also offered to check my other drains to make sure they were working, for a low, set price. If they weren't, he would get them draining again. My bathroom sink always clogs, so I found this very helpful.

Before he left he took my email and I had an invoice within 20 minutes. I'm really pleased with how the entire service played out and James was always kind and professional. Call to make an appointment because they are the best!!

Great job. Great plumbers. Great experience. When I needed my bath tub drained they were nothing but helpful and friendly over the phone. They also mentioned they would just charge me their minimum price since it was a fast job. The plumber who came out was very nice, I asked for a receipt and he said he would be sure to let the office know to send it over to me. It was sent within 1 hour after he was done at my house. I will always use them for any drain or plumbing work from here on out!

Drain King provided awesome service. My bath tub needed major help when it came to draining properly again. It was like showering in a puddle of water and Drain-o wasn't helping. I got an appointment with them for later on in the week when I called them and I couldn't of been happier. The plumber was in and out super fast. I wasn't roped into any extra charges either. I called Drain King FREAKING OUT. Water was coming out of one of my toilets and out of my shower drain in the master bedroom AND the bathtub in the guest bathroom. I was told that they would have a plumber out in two hours; he showed up in one. He got right to work, and in what felt like no time figured out exactly what was wrong and exactly what was needed to fix it. While my service man was unable to repair everything in one evening (it was already well past 10pm), he promised to be back the next day to finish everything. At his word, he not only arrived when he said he would, but it was, again, about an hour earlier. Twenty five minutes went by, and everything was fixed and working like new. My drains now work better now than ever. Not to mention they saved me a lot of stress, time and money. Can't thank these guys enough.

My kitchen sink was slow draining, it had gotten to the point that it would fill up before it could drain.

I called Drain King and described the problem. Cody said he was booked solid on the day I called but would let me know if anything opened up that day - otherwise he would have someone out about 8:30am.

I received a call the next morning as a technician was on the way. The plumber and helper/apprentice was there very quickly and got straight to the issue. They asked a few questions and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. Service was prompt and courteous.

Having a service call to your house always involves money and that's never fun. All that said, I feel like Drain King offers very good service at very fair prices.

I'll definitely be using their services again!
