2 - He came EQUIPPED to cover his shoes so as to not bring grime into the house
3 - He went under the house for us to double check on something when he didn't have to - but it proved VERY HELPFUL.
4 - He SHOWS you clear video and photos when repairing areas you might not see or understand so that YOU can make the call on what get's done or not
5 - He CLEANS up after he's completed and it's like he was never there
