Drain king is a flake! Had an appointment for a quote and they never showed up. I called them to say there guy never showed up. Rescheduled again for them to come the next day. And again no one showed up! No phone call from them! This company is a ""LOSER"". Dont waste your time calling them!!!!

I see you respond to bad reviews stating you have no records, employees by a certain name or records of phone numbers, etc. So you can make your company at no fault. Well it doesn't work! Your still a FLAKE!

Worst experience I've ever had. Mike came. Took apart underneath my sink. He didn't have the correct tools to finish so he left me with 3"" of water in my cabinet under the sink. He then shut off the water before he left. So I can watch my flowers and grass die and can't use outside hose to wash dog, cars etc. He gave me a number for someone to finish and that number doesn't work. Have to call someone else to repair drain and need new cabinet now because waterlogged.

Incredibly fast and reliable service. Made a phone call call around 10:30am and then texted my information and literally by two hours later Jr came to the house very respectful and concerning of our issue with a clogged sink and started working at it. He was explaining to us while he was snaking the sink and in minutes he had unclogged our sink which we've had for a while and other plumbers could achieved what Jr did. Thank you so much for your service and we really appreciate you coming out so quick and very neat with your work.

They did a great job on a sewer repair. Excellent work with the new concrete patch on the driveway. The only thing that bothered me was they took the full amount for the job as a deposit, when the paperwork stated they will take no more than 10% or $1k.

I'm very pleased with the work done when my sewage line needed replacement. They did an outstanding job keeping me informed at every step of the repair. JR was friendly and professional throughout the process. Gave me recommendations and wasn't pushy. What we thought was a small repair actually turned out bigger than we anticipated. The giant city tree caused a lot more damage and the roots completely destroyed my sewage line.
