Just got serviced the past 24 hours. I was given a free consultation. Cash only!!!!! Our problem was the pipes between our kitchen and bathroom. Seemed to be the original. Our bathroom sink was backed up. The problem was a build up on the sink neck (which I cleaned) but the bigger problem were the pipes in the wall. A hole needed to be cut on both ends of our kitchen and bathroom as the T-pipe was connected on both sides. It needed to be cut out and replaced as well as flushed down below. It was unbelievable and disgusting with some kind of thick oil residue which caused only a third of the water to go thru. Drain King were professional, hard working, very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. Dont be fooled that they only have a few stars compared to their competitors. They totally nailed this job and are worthy of the best crews in socal.

The gentleman who showed up was professional and knowledgable. He assessed the situation and got to work right away.

The whole time he explained to me about the pipes, what the snake is doing, and other tips. Hell, he even gave me some advice for my toilet.

Within a few minutes the drain was clear.

He gave me an invoice, paid the quotes price, and went on.

I would recommene these gus anytime and will certainly call them again if needed.

My experience with Drain King started with requesting a quote via Yelp. They responded within an hour or so with a straight forward quote (I hate quotes that say call me for more information). We scheduled an appointment for 8:00am the following morning to replace my thermocouple. Horacio Munoz Jr (owner's son) was on time and very professional. His work was systematic almost to the point of perfectionism and cleaned up after he was done. He had open communication and explained everything that we needed without upselling. He even returned in person and refunded a portion of our money because of an error in logistics. All in all, it was a great experience and there was a point in time where a lesser man would have taken advantage of our misfortune, but Horacio truly believes in the concept of repeat customers through honest workmanship.

Very happy with this service. Tech came out (son of the owner) very professional and down to earth. Needed a pipe capped as it was leaking. At first a simple job was turning into a difficult one but tech was very persistent and got the job done really well which saves me from going into something more expensive. Reasonable price. We started out on a bad note, but Horacio, Jr made it right. I needed my water heater brought up to code, as it was not 18 inches off of the floor in the garage, or strapped to the wall in case of an earthquake. He came the next day as promised and finished the project on time, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. Very friendly, competent service at a fair price. I will use them again.
