Had a bad clog that filled up all the sinks late night on Memorial weekend. Angel from Drain King came out at midnight, told me exactly what he thinks the problem is, and got it cleared out in no time. It was after hours and a long weekend, so I thought they would gouge me on the price. They ended up charging me less than what I used to pay to have rotor rooter come during a regular business day. No more getting ripped off by the big name companies. I'm using these guys from now on. Angel was honest, professional, and got the job done!

What can I say, people?! This establishment delivers rapid, affordable, honest, and professional service! Jr. was willing to inspect our kitchen clog prior to working on it, free of charge--mind you the services he provided were late, at round 9, I would say. Once fixing the clog, Jr. explained ways on how to avert future clogs as well as reasons why clog might continue to persist. Overall excellent service by this guy!

Horacio (JR) did an excellent job unclogging my water drainage. It was a very challenging task. He spent more than several hours snaking it and pulling out roots and dirt of about 40 to 60 feet of drainage pipe. Some of these roots are about an inch in diameter. After extracting massive roots and still clogged, he recommended replacing about 20 feet of the drainage pipe that he isolated as the troubled section. During the process, he discovered the whole section of the 20 feet pipe was completely clogged with roots and dirt. To my knowledge, no plumbing tool will be able to unclog it. His diagnostic and recommendation was correct. On every step that requires my approval, he kept me updated and gave me options on fixing it. After replacing the pipes, we tested it and it is now draining correctly. He did his final task by cleaning his work area and left it neat and presentable.
The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with his work.

This is the first time I've had to resort to using a professional plumber. For the most part, I'm a DIY guy, that's why I never really pay for most stuff that needs to be fixed, because I can always learn and do it myself. If I can't do it on my own, I also know a guy (my brother, kikkiki), who knows a guy. Main reason for this philosophy, is really just to save money of course! I'd say, on average, price-wise, I only end up paying about 20% of what hiring someone to do it for you would cost. In this particular case, I had most of my bathroom backed-up (stand-up shower, bathtub, & toilet). I obviously tried fixing it on my own. My snake machine is broken, so I went to my local tool rental store and got myself a handheld snake drill with about 30ft of snake. I had to go under my house, remove a coupling from the shower, and snake the pipe going into the ground headed into the main drain pipe. Needless to say, the snake went in smooth and I felt no blockage, but for whatever reason the machine did not want to draw the snake back in (after using the full 30 feet). Dang tool gave out after one room!! I'm sure you understand my frustration at this point. This was their only hand held snake too. I did not feel getting another one would help anyway, as I felt no blockage. I was focused on this drain pipe because water would come up from it whenever I flushed the toilet or ran water from my tub. It's not hard to figure out at this point, their is likely a blockage somewhere further along in the main. No way I can continue on my own. So, this is why I resorted to finding a pro. Oh yah, I did also cal my bro that knows a guy, but my luck, everyone headed out of town this weekend. So, Yelp was the best place to see unfiltered reviews and make my choice. Seeing the great five star reviews for Drain King, I felt safe calling them. J.R. was here very quickly. Very calm and courteous. I told him my story, he knew off the bat what the problem was, He gave me more than one option, with no pressure, He also gave me the price for each option as well. I chose the option that was in the middle, cost-wise. J.R. actually recommended the cheaper one, and he explained why, I also explained why I wanted my option. He calmly explained why he still felt we should do use his option. The skeptic that I am and the fact I am somewhat knowledge about plumbing, as this was not my first rodeo, I was doubtful, but agreed. Sure enough he was right, hence I was quite pleased!! Importantly as well, considering it was late in the afternoon on Saturday, the cost was very reasonable....I even want to say cheap, especially for the work performed and how well it worked. From now on, I think I can leave plumbing off of my DIY needs, as I will definitely and easily think of calling Drain King first....and for me personally, I am gonna ask that J.R. be the plumber they send my way! I highly recommend J.R!!

J.R. Was great! My wife and siblings came back from a very muddy hike only to find out that our tub got clogged. I called Drain King, he came within 45minutes of calling him! Also, incredibly reasonable for a Sunday!

I called Drain King because my toilet and bathtub were clogged and overflowing.
Made a same day appointment and was able to meet the technician during my lunch break (very convenient!). They showed up right on time!
Horacio was able to take care of the problem and was very courteous, professional and seemed very knowledgeable about his work.
