I had a water heater problem. I called Richard and he came down to replace it with a new heater water in the same day. He finished the job at 10:00PM. He did a thorough and excellent job and provided the best service. His installation is very clean and neat. His charge is reasonable. He is a perfectionist! Thank you very much, Richard!

After I found that Richard had helped my daughter to resolve her jammed Garbage disposal over the phone, I decided to call him to help my jammed garbage disposal. He came down, dropping everything else that very same day and helped to fix the old unit, but needed to be replaced so he did the entire repair in the same day and double checked for leaks and did the whole repair professionally and courteously., and very reasonably priced. I recommend him for plumbing repairs for anyone.

I was having an issue with my Garbage Disposal and figured it was jammed since I could hear it humming, but nothing else was happening. I reached out via Yelp to a couple of businesses. Drain Jet responded and gave me some free troubleshooting advice through the chat that ended up resolving my problem. Did not use their services at all, but very much appreciated that they did not try to scam me out of money and offered free advice first! In today's environment, that says something about their customer service and business ethics!

When it rains it pours. After doing work at my house, we had a badly clogged toilet that resulted in a mini floor in the handicap bathroom and adjacent foyer at our temple. I texted Richie at 9pm, he responded with appointment to come out at 10am the next morning. Ritchie came out the next morning. He assessed the problem, testing all the toilets, sinks, and drains. He cleared the toilet and because we hadn't had any preventative maintenance since Covid, we decided to have him hydrogen all the bathrooms, kitchen sink and outside sewer lines to the street. He and his son did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He then used a camera to inspect all the lines. Definitely will continue to use him!!
