This is my second time contacting Drain it Rooter, which speaks to how pleased I was about the service provided the first time I contacted Jorge, the owner. He is prompt, polite, and clean. He tries his best to complete the job without leaving ""tracks"" behind. This is one of the main reasons why I like contacting him! I understand that plumbing work can be messy at times and that is fine but sometimes plumbers go overboard with the mess left behind. Jorge will not do that! You can tell he makes an effort to clean after his work, and he does this simply because he attempts to provide the best customer service possible. Jorge also provides fair prices. He will not try to rip you off, unlike many other plumbers (I have compared prices). So, if you are looking for a fair price, organized, clean, and prompt plumbing service, please call Drain it Rooter!

I had a bathroom leak on a Friday evening scared I wouldn't find a plumbing service open late, I got on yelp and found Jorge. He answered my call right away and arrived to my house with in 30 mins. He fixed the leak and gave me a really good price. I will definitely call him for any future services. Highly recommended.

I had a major clog through the main pipes leading through to the city sewer.
The first plumber I called wanted to dig up my sidewalk since he couldn't break through with his jetter. He quoted me 3000 for the work.
I called these guys and Jorge came out the next day quoted me less but that's not even the best part. He managed to get his jetter to go through and clear the pipes.
If it wasn't for Jorge and his partner I would have paid a lot more for unnecessary work.
I saved so much money and worry.

My kitchen sink/garbage disposal line clogged last night around nine. After trying to get the clean out cap outside off in the dark, taking the ""p"" traps apart and snaking them, I put the drain lines back together and the line was not only still clogged but one of the traps now had a significant leak! I found Drain It Rooter on Yelp and because of good reviews but mostly because it said they were open till midnight I called. Jorge answered at 1130p quoted a price and promised to come over at 9a (this morning). It turns out the clean out was downstream of the clog so the snaking had to be done from under the sink. The complication was that the snake was being diverted up the vent pipe instead of down to the clog. Jorge very patiently and methodically solved the problem and repaired the trap and insured that future drain clearing would be easier. He could easily have charged more for his time but he honored his quote and only added the price of the new parts. I can't say enough good things about him, plus he is a vet, if that is important to you.

George did an amazing job for my drain problem. He came in and evaluated the issue thoroughly and even double checked other potential problem areas. He was quick to solve the issue and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing problems in the future!!
