I was very please with the quick response. I requested a quote after hours and I was able to call Jorge directly and set an appointment for the following morning. They arrived on time and made their recommendations. They replaced our water heater and were very professional. During the process they kept us informed when they needed to make a run for more materials when they ran into a new problem. At the end they showed us in detail the work they did and things they replaced and they guarantee their job. In the future we will be doing business with them. Exceptional service and super fast! I really appreciated George's promptness with booking me an appointment and getting a technician out at my most convenient time. The technician, Jose was also super amazing at his job - he assessed the issue I had with my backed up drains and cleared out 3 of my sinks in less than 30 minutes. Will 10/10 call again if I have any other plumbing issues in my life!!

I called Jorge on a Thursday night at 9pm and him and Jose arrived in less than 30 both very professional. They have a camera and really show you what's going and I was able to get a 1 year warranty after they installed a dual clean out and after a good hydro jet! I very seldom write a review but these folks deserved the 5 stars! Highly recommend !!!! Jose was a very humble, young gentleman and hard worker!

Jorge and his team are great. He responded to my call quickly and came out to appraise the job the same day. And they're reasonably priced and licensed and insured. AND they accept credit cards! Because who can afford to write checks anymore?

As stated before I knew I would use them again and I did. This time it was a busted water main line bubbling up from the depths of the earth in my front yard and watering all the neighbor's yards. Speed dialed Drain It Rooter yet again and they were out in a jiffy, digging up my front yard, in the pouring freezing rain, to fix my pipe and faucet. The price was reasonable and the job was done much faster than I had expected. Took me almost a year to write this update and I have called Jorge several times since for other plumbing issues. He is quick to respond and I know I can count on him.

Have hired many plumbers in my life (I'm old) drain it rooter is the best. I called them after reading the reviews on Yelp. They replaced the main water line at a 100 year old house I inherited and did a few other plumbing jobs; valves, facuets. Work was perfect, price was below what I thought, I didn't need to get any other bids. I will be calling drain it rooter any time I need a plumber.

I had an broken pipe and emergency leak at close to 10 PM at a rental I wasn't going to be able to get to. I reached out to several plumbers and Jorge was the first ones to respond. I was grateful for him as he assessed the situation and explained what my options and costs were over the phone. He explained that he would try the lower cost option first, but if it didn't work he would have to doing a pricier repair. I was fully prepared to have to pay the higher cost, but thankfully, the first option worked!

In spite of it being an emergency situation where I had few options, Jorge was reasonable and honest. My tenant, who dealt with him, said he was very pleasant and helpful.
