Best call I could've made. Just purchased the house, and 3 weeks in, had backup issues. The home inspector didn't do drain scopes, so it was the worst surprise you can get in a house you just moved into. I looked into a quote for the problem. Without even scoping the drain or looking for a cleanout to potentially mitigate, the plumber quoted me just shy of $11,000 to replace the entire line. I'm not a plumber, but I'm not an idiot either. I don't panic, and I don't believe people who prey on your panic.

TJ from Drainvisions came out, partially cleaned my line and made plans to come back out after I could secure a better access point (old house with weird plumbing). Came back out, gave it hell, but still couldn't get cleared. He was unhappier than me about it. Came back out again same day after we were able to locate a curbside cleanout for proper access to the line. I was his first appointment that day, so I knew exactly how long his day was, and totally would've been amenable to the next day instead, but he was determined. Together with his coworker, after a 12+ hour day, they came back at almost 9 pm and got it done, pulling out a clog that I've never seen the likes of: 3.5 feet of root and hair ( property was previously a small salon). He saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, honesty and dedication. I'll have them back periodically to check up on the line, and will actively recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much, guys!

Thank You Drain Visions!!!! This company is absolutely the Best most honest business for anything to do with drains superior work !!! I wont Ever use any other Company! Let me tell you I had called Horizon Services they came out about 8pm to unclog my main drain that was backing up & coming in thru my basement utility sink, they ran a snake for 20 minutes & said it was unclogged & clear, it wasn't they came out 2 more times said it was clear it wasn't! Don't fall for there Bull advertising, Then they said I need my drain hydro jetted cost $750 I scheduled the jetting &called the day of to confirm they tell me they stopped jetting drains a month ago.they Never called me, I could be here for hours talking about this companies lies! If you want a truly Honest Reliable Company Call drain visions, Brian the supervisor is incredible!! They won't leave until your drain is truly unclogged at $575 they work for every cent!they spent hours at my house, They always answer there phones 24/7 by there own employees. Don't waste your money with these big company's advertising Bull. I would give 10 Stars if I could
