Mel came yesterday to unclog main drain as tub & toilet backed up for couple days. We just had our regular plummer come out just 2 months ago to do the same. I told him Plummer has come out more frequent... I asked him about a camera (as another plumbing co. mentioned) to see blockage in pipe. Camera showed roots, rock, sand and black sludge.
He told us about outside clean-out and hydro-jet. He explained this to us so we could understand. Mom decided to have outside clean out & hydro-jet done today. After hydro-jet, he used his camera to look at house pipe looked clean, like new! Mel's price was fair. We will continue to do business for future plumbing issues! Will recommend to family & friends! Mel is highly recommended!

I had Melecio install a tankless water heater. He responded to text and phone calls in a timely manner. Showed up exactly when he said he was. Explained what he needed to do, did a great job with the install, left the area neat. I highly recommend him.

10-25-2016 Mel of Drain Hero came to my home to do some rooter service and some plumbing and I was impressed with his professionalism, his work ethics and his honesty! My properties are in the South Bay area and I would definitely recommend Drain Hero to any home owner that
