Amazing! It's hard to find an honest plumber or person today. He came in between jobs to fix my garbage disposal. He is a true plumber...he knew what he was doing and came and got the job done. He is quick and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a Godsend.

I called for an appointment because my sink was backing up and water was coming out of an open pipe. Eddie showed up right on time, gave us his estimate (which was less than half of what Home Advisor was going to charge) and got to work. He was very nice and professional and gave us some advice to prevent the issue from recurring. He cleaned up after himself and left no trace. This will definitely be my go to plumbing company moving forward!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience. We had two clogged bathtub/shower drains - one very bad that another plumbing company was not able to resolve - and within a short amount of time, Eddie was able to fix them both.

Aside from fixing the problem (and responding immediately to my call, and being able to fit in the job the same day), Eddie was so helpful in explaining the problem. He is personable, professional and a master at his craft - plus is a super nice guy! Definitely planning to call on him for our future plumbing and heating needs!

I'm old enough to remember when there were lots of tradespeople like Eddie.

I called him to replace a 40 gal. water heater that died and he was extremely pleasant over the phone, very thorough in the questions he asked, and accommodating with the appointment. He arrived with mask on at the appointed time. He and Joshua, his assistant, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up to the point that it was hard to imagine anyone had been working there, and he pointed out something that I was not aware of but it was good to now. Eddie, doesn't just complete a job, he takes great pride in his work and when he leaves you know that you had the pleasure of working with a true professional and a really nice person whom you can rely on.

I look forward to contacting him in the future and have already shared his contact information with a group of friends.

This review is a little late in being written but wanted to make sure I gave Eddie my highest recommendation for his quick communication and service. I had family visiting the next day and found that the guest bathroom toilet was not flushing well so was looking for someone to come out quick to the Cambridge area. Eddie came out early the next morning and cleared whatever was clogging up the toilet. He was quick and clean and efficient. He's also a nice guy. Highly recommend.

I heired them for disconnecting a old gas dryer and re connecting a new gas dryer. I was quoted a price of $185 which was about $90 cheaper then other places. Most places I called quoted me $250-$300. I was able to get an appoinment within 1 week of calling them. He did come late due to a mistake with my address, however he did give me a discount and apologized multiple times. He emphisized that quality service and making their customers happy is their goal. I felt that this was very accurate, they work hard to make things right. I was very happy with the service I recived and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I read the Yelp reviews prior to contacting Eddie, the five star reviews are accurate. He responded to my quote request within Yelps estimate; as I was able to give a list of repairs from another Plumbers quote.

Eddie itemized his charges for each task and the associated materials. Provided this client with common sense, plain english, explanations and choices when and where appropriate, and was able to accurately estimate how much time each task would require.

I will be calling Drain & Heating Solutions for Any plumbing issue I have in the future. I fully intend to contract them for plumbing work when I re-model my kitchens and baths, as Eddie is the consummate Professional.
