Eddie is a really nice guy. Competent, fair, ethical. As a first time homeowner, it's been eye opening to discover how difficult it is to find those qualities. Our project took a little longer due to a tricky faucet, but Eddie was dedicated and saw it through to completion. We really appreciated his commitment.

I've recommended him to friends, and they also loved Eddie. He's easy to talk to, easy to work with, and I'm so relieved to have found him.

Absolutely loved how friendly and respectful Eddie was. He was certainly very experienced and knew what he was doing. He fixed the long existing issue with my drain in less than an hour and left the place clean as before. I am certainly going to hire his services with the other upgrade projects for my bathrooms. I've had an intermittent leaky toilet for a couple years now. It would randomly have a small pool of water around the base for a few weeks, & we'd mop it up ... sometimes it would go away on it's own. But it always came back - maybe a month later, maybe a week or two later....Last Sept it stayed longer than most, so I yelped plumbers in my area (Andover) I got several quick emails. Several hinted at a very 'expensive' fix but they'd need to see it first, others threw out estimates in the $250 to $500 range - but could be more. Eddie estimated roughly $150 and said he could do it that day. I went with Eddie.
He came out, spent a couple hours on it - he suspected a couple minor issues - and replaced a couple parts adjusted a couple things and the problem has NEVER returned. Explained everything in layman's terms too. Cleaned up and left the bathroom spotless - it's been several months and it's never pooled again. FIXED! HIGHLY recommend. He is a true professional who understands that everybody wins when he does a good job at a fair price.
I've used 2 other plumbers in the past who were HORRENDOUS. One (Milltown) charged about $800 to stop a shower drip (that came back within a year) and tighten the hot water knob - the other (Shawn) abruptly cancelled the appointment - before ever coming out to give me an estimate - when I told him I would not let him rip out the existing water heater - STILL under warranty - so he could replace it with a MUCH more expensive unit. He claimed he 'diagnosed' the problem when I gave him the make and model number....he said mine was a ""piece of sh*t"" and if he couldn't replace it (it would cost thousands) he wasn't coming out...never even looked at it! (I called Rannai a week later who had me flip a switch on a switch bank inside the unit, drop the water temp down 5-degrees and the intermittent problem went away). ""Shawn"" had something like 31 5-star reviews - many out of state (??? - must have friends and relatives there). I have no doubt most, if not all, are bogus...

Don't get ripped off - called Eddie. Good job at a fair price. He's not looking to screw people - which is more than I can say for some others.

Eddie did a great job fixing a huge bathtub leak. The problem appears in the morning and he came in the afternoon to fix it very quickly. He charges reasonable rates and is very upfront about what he is going to do to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Needed a dishwasher replacement/install and Eddie responded in a timely fashion and was on-time for the appointment. Did the work flawlessly at a reasonable cost while also pointing out a couple of helpful items that was needed as well. He has a wonderful personality and it was a pleasure having him do the work. Eddie is more than just great. we tried to replace a broken kitchen faucet but unsuccessful. He got the job done quickly and gave me a lot of helpful tips. He is very personable and you will feel very comfortable with him. Price was reasonable as most plumbers charge a min fee to show up plus additional charge for the job itself.

I explained my situation over the phone and he gave me a quote which happened to be the final costs. no additional charges. He made the whole process very easy and very comfortable for me ( which is very important, A+ customer service)

I highly recommend Eddie for plumbing services. He came to my home for an estimate on the same day I called (Saturday), and his estimate turned out to be the lowest among several other estimates. Eddie also went around the house to inspect other plumbing situations and gave me a thorough recommendation for the future. He was very professional, honest, and also funny. He came a few days later to fix the shower knobs. Despite some difficult and unforeseen issues he encountered, he didn't charge me any extra even through the job took him a lot longer than he had estimated. Eddie knew the potential danger from the condition he encountered, and showed me what the problems were. He worked diligently and patiently, and completed the job well. He has a great sense of humor. But most importantly, he is a very competent, professional, trustworthy, and hard working plumber.
