Honesty at its best!! I needed an estimate for a possible collapsed sewer pipe. After my first estimate (which was super expensive and evasive) I called Felix. He came out within an hour and walked me through everything with his camera. Turns out it's the main line that needs to be rodded - so, he told me to call the city department. He just saved me thousands of dollars and unnecessary digging! Thank you for your honesty and explaining how my sewer line connects to the main city line!! If I ever do need plumbing repairs - which I hope I don't anytime soon- I will be sure to call Drain Guys Chicago!!

We had water coming up from the floor drains in our laundry room and mechanicals room. Luckily, we caught it in time so this didn't turn into a flood and we limited the damage, but we needed a plumber.

A friend recommended Drain Guys, and Felix answered the phone right away. He came the next day (masked, of course) and diagnosed the problem quickly using his camera, and he made a video to show us the issue.

He didn't have a tool he needed (this was an unusual issue - a 4"" pipe had fallen into our big pipe outside, and it needed to be removed before he could see what else was going on). Instead of rescheduling, he left to buy the tool he needed, came back, got the pipe out and cleaned the roots out from the rest of the pipe.

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also found us a proper drain cover for the outside drain, which is really what we needed all along, but we'd had difficultly finding on our own.

Felix truly helped turn what could've been a gross nightmare into a mere inconvenience. He is an expert - professional, responsive on the phone and with texts, and willing to go that extra mile (literally). We have found our plumbing service. We highly, highly recommend Felix and Drain Guys.

I bought a house this summer and needed an inspection before moving forward. Drain Guys came out masked and on time the day of my appointment. They inspected the drain line and discovered some cracks. I was emailed the full report with photos and video which noted the issues, therefore lending me to gain a credit during closing. They also cleaned out the kitchen line which was full of grease. 10/10 would recommend and definitely use again; knowledgeable and honest!
