We used Drain Guru to replace an old recovery tray for underneath a washing machine--prior to moving in to a house. The old one had been installed in a way we could not replace ourselves. The need was urgent. Jay and his crew responded immediately. They were professional and easy to work with. Customer service was awesome. i would definitely recommend!

Awesome customer service!!

I want to thank Jubien and Vince for helping my dad and me on our ranch. I called DGPS on a Thursday about an issue we had with our main waterline. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located.

Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything.

Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair.

I will ONLY call this company in the future. The price was fair, speedy fix, great attitudes and above the normal service you get from most of the companies these days.

Once again, Jubien, I thank you and Vince for your help. My dad is so happy now that he has water again.

First time using Drain Guru, and I am very impressed. We called them because of damp odor from under the house. Pool of water could be seen from access. Very thorough on the inspection. Took pictures and explained in detail all the leaks we had under our house. Fixed all the problems and spread lime to aid in the drying process. They are busy & in high demand, but for a good reason. They are that good.! Honest and fair pricing.

Jubien responded to our service call immediately and kept us informed for the next couple of hours as he was going to squeeze us into his already busy afternoon schedule. He and his helper showed up about 4:15 and went straight to work on our clogged toilet. Fifteen minutes later it was flowing like it should. The Drain Guru was VERY professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with - we highly recommend him!

(The Drain Guru was actually the second plumber we called that day - the first plumber NEVER SHOWED UP or even returned our call for service!)

Here's our experience:
Within an hour of calling them, they were at our home examining the lateral plumbing issue that had manifested in the afternoon--they needed another piece of equipment to unclog the pipe, so they asked if they could return first thing in the morning, which we happily agreed to. J arrived promptly at 6:30, though the clog was more compacted than anticipated and they had another job to get to, so rather than rushing our job he asked if they could come back again later that day--they returned just after lunch, and using a combination of methods (to keep the cost down, as one option was potentially needing to dig up the asphalt) was able to clear the clogged pipe and gave us recommendations for how to further prevent and treat future issues.

We are new home owners (the house is nearly 100 years old), and the uncertainty of not knowing exactly what we were dealing with was unsettling--J was quick to address our fears by laying out what potentially could be the problems, followed by a step-by-step plan of what he would do.

Speaking to their ethics, we never felt pressured into the most expensive or invasive solutions. Every time we spoke with him we felt more and more at ease.

Whatever plumbing issues may arise in the future, we will always call Drain Guru first!
