John came over and quickly unstopped the toilet. After doing a check, I had John change out the water valve due to the difficulty of turning it off (years old). We then discovered that there was leak in the tank seal, so he replaced that. Finally have no leaks, no flooding and I know how to unplug the toilet when it get plugged up with things that should not be there. Thank you John. Greatly appreciate your hard work.

Very responsive and reliable. I moved into a new home where I found several active leaks that needed to be repaired as soon as possible. They came out that day and fixed all the problems. Had a shower leak but my handyman refused to fix it - he said it was normal (what????). Left it alone for a while since it was a very slow drip but soon enough it needed attention. Drain guru came out so quick and wow, done! Prompt and professional, friendly too! Highly recommend.

J was responsive by phone, up front about his rates (a lot less than others in town), fixed what I was afraid might be a MAJOR problem, was super friendly, funny, showed up earlier than expected, and didn't even charge me as much as he could have for being evening the day before Thanksgiving. You can bet I will spread Drain Guru's name all over town and will call him again if I need a plumber! Y'all need to call this guy for your plumbing needs!!

Jubien came to give us a quote on a water line project. While here, we also mentioned a sewer line issue that had just come up the night before. Jubien and his team immediately started working on it. We used Drain Guru to replace an old recovery tray for underneath a washing machine--prior to moving in to a house. The old one had been installed in a way we could not replace ourselves. Awesome customer service!!

I want to thank Jubien and Vince for helping my dad and me on our ranch. I called DGPS on a Thursday about an issue we had with our main waterline. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located.

Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything.

Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair.

I will ONLY call this company in the future. The price was fair, speedy fix, great attitudes and above the normal service you get from most of the companies these days.

Once again, Jubien, I thank you and Vince for your help. My dad is so happy now that he has water again.

First time using Drain Guru, and I am very impressed. We called them because of damp odor from under the house. Pool of water could be seen from access. Very thorough on the inspection. Took pictures and explained in detail all the leaks we had under our house. Fixed all the problems and spread lime to aid in the drying process. They are busy & in high demand, but for a good reason. They are that good.! Honest and fair pricing.
