Jubien and his team provided the best customer service! We looked to him for a second opinion. He responded in minutes upon receiving my inquiry, and he came within that hour! He stopped by in Fresno on his way to another job to take a look at our situation- a leaky water heater and flooded water heater closet. Upon inspection, he couldn't believe the indecency of Roto Rooter. The person who had come from Roto Rooter had just suggested putting a bucket under the leak & said they'd come back the following morning. Jubien was shocked that they hadn't even bothered capping the leak, which he did within the first 5 minutes. The integrity of this family business, combined with their expertise and superb customer service, goes a long way in my book. Should we need more servicing, I'll definitely call Jubien & I'll happily recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

Woke up on a Sunday morning to discover that my toilet tank was not refilling, but I know better than to call a plumber on a Sunday.

I did call Drain Guru on Monday and had my toilet in working order that night! As it's the only one I have and manually filling the tank was quickly getting old, I was pleased as punch.

Jubien was friendly and efficient, even figuring out how to switch out my filter valve even though the water valve was pretty much stuck in an ""on"" position after over ten years without use. And the price was most definitely reasonable.

John came over and quickly unstopped the toilet. After doing a check, I had John change out the water valve due to the difficulty of turning it off (years old). We then discovered that there was leak in the tank seal, so he replaced that. Finally have no leaks, no flooding and I know how to unplug the toilet when it get plugged up with things that should not be there. Thank you John. Greatly appreciate your hard work.

Very responsive and reliable. I moved into a new home where I found several active leaks that needed to be repaired as soon as possible. They came out that day and fixed all the problems. Had a shower leak but my handyman refused to fix it - he said it was normal (what????). Left it alone for a while since it was a very slow drip but soon enough it needed attention. Drain guru came out so quick and wow, done! Prompt and professional, friendly too! Highly recommend.

J was responsive by phone, up front about his rates (a lot less than others in town), fixed what I was afraid might be a MAJOR problem, was super friendly, funny, showed up earlier than expected, and didn't even charge me as much as he could have for being evening the day before Thanksgiving.
