I paid for 3 home warranty service requests through American Home Shield. $75.00 each time a technician is sent out. First technician (Greenway Homeserv) did not fix problem, but charged $700.00 out of pocket expense for me to pay because they had to dig. This turned out to be unnecessary work and charged me $700.00. Second technician (Draingo), all they did was snake the drain and said it's fixed but that didn't fix problem. Third technician (Draingo) put a scope down pipe and found a rock in pipe. Because the rock is considered a foreign object, its not covered under my warranty, but technician moved forward without notifying me of what was to happen next (i.e. A MAJOR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED). Technician broke the pipe in order to get the rock out. However, he said he's not fixing the pipe HE BROKE because foreign objects aren't covered under my home warranty. But HE caused a problem that'll cost $1,150.00 to fix. How is this okay to American Home Shield, Draingo and/or plumbing companies? I just want my pipe fixed, if not, I'm already looking into legal action.

This company was dishonest with me about the repairs needed from a plumbing system. They told me one thing and the home warranty company something else. Ended up costing more than $4000 and a major headache.

The best word that I can use to describe this company is """"UNEQUIPPED."""" They were assigned by American Home Shield for me also, and for me I had recently purchased a small plunger to use only in my kitchen, had it under my kitchen sink, tag still on it and they took the tag off of it, took it into the bathroom, used it in the bathroom, left it beside the toilet with all the black hand smut on it. DID NOT ASK, if it would be ok to use it? Then upon me contacting the company after finding it (in bathroom), I inform person who answered phone about what happened, and was asked, (nasty & rude), """"SO WHAT DO I WANT DONE?"""" I replied, """"I want a NEW plunger for my kitchen"""", because they had no right to use mine without permission, and this is """"SUPPOSE"""" to be a plumbing company, they should have """"ALL"""" equipment needed. I was told, this company doesn't replace items. """"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"""". I am also letting AHS know about what happened, and tell them I """"NEVER"""" want them back to my home. Further more, if I don't get another plunger from them, I AM SEEKING LEGAL advice and they may be out of more than the amount I paid for the plunger. They want to play HARD BALL, they GOT THE RIGHT ONE NOW.

Clay savell and his accomplice(jimmy rooker) came and lied to us essentially about their plumbing work. Told us there is a leak in the house then changed it to it's """"another leak outside the house but we are still going to charge the same amount for the job""""....I understand jobs change and this isn't exact but the new job became a lot easier (no rerouting throughout the house required) and they refused to discount the price. This is taking advantage of customers and this local branch in Ridgeland isn't trustworthy at all. Do not use this company. update: they charged about 1000 dollars per hour to fix a small leak. Then the plumber has no shame and calls us and asks us why we wrote a bad review. Plumbers these days think their work deserves 1k per hour. people reading this review should judge for themselves.

The actual work was ok, but I think this company use the warranty company for customers and then over charge customers. The extra work I needed done to install a water heater, after researching and calling two other companies, they definitely over charged for the work they did. Just be aware of their prices!!

Had my home warranty people, First American Home, contract them to come take a look at my hot water heater. My warranty states that it completely covers the water heater and this company still tried to charge me $550. On top of the fact that they left without fixing the hot water heater and said they would contact me in a few days and never did. A few days later I noticed water literally in my wall and now my wall is ruined with mold.

BEWARE...DISHONEST SCAMMERS! We have a home warranty that forced us to initially use this company (Drain Go/ Jimmy Rooker) that did unnecessary and overpriced work that we had to pay for out of pocket ...and didn't even fix all of our issues after paying a price gouging $7425 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Among other things, DrainGo lied and said we had to have an outside cleanout access point installed because they couldn't locate one to put a camera through. They tore up our concrete driveway to get to the main line and installed a clean out access that we DID NOT NEED. Our son is a doctor and had to have workable indoor plumbing so he could come home briefly to shower, eat and sleep before racing back to patients in the hospital. After the unnecessary work and wasting 3 days of our time, DrainGo returned to our house after we voiced our displeasure of still not having a workable kitchen sink after paying $7425 and they wanted another $3100 for """"additional undetected"""" repairs. We declined any further services from Drain Go and called another company (Environmental Masters) for a second opinion. The new plumber went under the house and easily found 6 clean out access points that Drain Go falsely said weren't there. We have pictures and a statement from the reputable company, Environmental Masters, to back this up. Drain Go also lied about the length of cast iron plumbing that they replaced and left all of their trash and broken pipes under the house. The a/c duct was also damaged and disconnected in the exact area they were working under the house which they didn't bother to reconnect or tell us about when they left. All of our cooled air was being released under the house due to their negligence. We then filed a complaint with the home warranty company against Drain Go and and received a substantial portion of our money back from the warranty company. Hopefully, their investigation of fraudulent services will prevent other unsuspecting homeowners from being taken advantage of in their time of need.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. They thought that I was going to pay them for something that my home warranty does not cover. The claim was called into First American for in house issues. However, the technician refused to come inside the home; he only wanted to address the so-called issues outside the home and not covered by First American to be paid big bucks from me. WATCH THEM; THEY HAVE GAME!

Front office staff rude and will hang up on you. I have home warranty coverage. Both kitchen sinks were blocked and unusable and had been for two days. They pushed me out one week! Hung up on me when I said it was unacceptable as I couldn't use kitchen, then texted me a confirmation with a 12 HOUR window. Really?? I called another company and they were there the next morning. I filed complaint with warranty company. Will not use again.

The best word that can be used to describe this company is FRAUDULENT. They were assigned by American Home Shield and their estimate included changing out many components unnecessarily to inflate their parts bill to AHS. Their plumbers are NOT licensed and very inexperienced. They work under the license of their owner who is a woman who lives in Memphis. I opted for a cash payout from AHS and had the work done by a licensed, experienced plumber. The cost was $600 less than Drain Go had estimated AND that included a larger capacity water heater than Drain Go included in their estimate. It is a crime that this company and AHS are not accountable to the Mississippi Insurance Department. Their fraudulent practices go unchecked.
