I've used Drain Genie a couple of times now and both times they were fantastic. The first visit was to fix a leak I had coming from a shower on the second floor and leaking down into my master bathroom downstairs. They made very quick work of the leak and even helped me with a couple of other things I had questions about. The second visit was for a new water heater install. They were also very quick with this one and did a great job. I've communicated with the owner John via text and phone call. John is a great guy and doesn't mind explaining things to you. I even had a pricing question and he ended up calling his supplier to double check and to provide me with his best possible price. This company is the real deal and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

This the second time I hire the services of this company one my kitchen sink and the second time for water heater replacement. In both time they performed in cue. Their service men are professional very meticulous and adhere to safety by wearing masks and using social distancing. They provide good value foe the amount of work the put out. A week or so again, late at night or early the next morning (over the weekend), we noticed water leaking in the kitchen. After contacting our Home Warranty Company who did nothing to help us (an epic fail), my son went online to find us a Plumber. Based on a prayer for guidance and customer reviews, we settled on Drain Genie Plumbing Services and I am so glad we did! On a Sunday afternoon, we reached out to them and John called us back right away. The next day (we were able to turn the water on and off as needed), John had an employee come out to find the source of the leak. This was the beginning of a wonderful experience with a group of the most hardworking, courteous, professional, and honest people we have ever encountered in business. Although it ended up being easier to replumb the house than to fix the leak, the cost was so very fair. When we had a previous leak, another company quoted double what we paid to get the work done. These gentlemen, starting with John were superb - positively superb. They came in and did an awesome job in 5 hours. Outstanding! My son, who followed them around to see what they were doing and to move stuff out of the way when needed, was told, and showed everything they were doing. They answered any questions he had without hesitation or attitude. The next morning, the drywall team came in to do patch work. The drywall team was also outstanding. They were in and out in less than 3 hours after arrival. A day later, we had a few issues after everything was done and I called John. Within an hour, Aaron and his son were at the house and they took care of the problem right away. After they left, John called back to follow-up and explain to me again what happened. This is an outstanding company with great employees. Believe me when I say that I am not talking them up and I am afraid these comments do not adequately do them justice. We prayed for guidance and that we would engage with the right people. Plumbing is expensive and as a recent retiree, I do not have money to burn. Our prayers were answered when we entered a business agreement/relationship with Drain Genie Plumbing Services. They will be our plumbers forever! Thank you so much for doing a great job and for the pleasure of working with John and his staff.

I contacted Drain Genie late at night and received a response immediately when they opened. They were able to accomadate a fair price and time, which resulted in a wait time of maybe 1.5 hr. The technician Paul was amazing to work with. He is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all served our country in the US Navy. He took his time to stop and explain all details pertaining to the repair, helping to place any/all worries at ease. I am super thankful. Also, knowing that Drain Genie has employed a person of Paul's stature, warrants a recommendation to anyone I know who is seeking a reliable plumber.

Can't say enough good things about Drain Genie. We found out late on a cold and snowy Sunday that our main sewer line was clogged up. Called DG as they were recommended by our regular plumber but they were booked two days out so I called a few other places hoping to get someone sooner. Roto Rooter showed up and refused to work in our crawl space (4.5' tall and 3"""" thick insulation with a huge opening to access) citing OSHA rules and regulations. DG showed up the next day, took one look and got to work. Pete, the tech, was awesome, very careful with his machine on our brand new hard wood floors, and laughed when he heard the other guy wouldn't work down there. He took about 10 minutes to scrape our main line, found the issue and got it resolved for us. Super simple, and great company to work with. Highly recommend.

So glad we went with this company. Price was in line with other bids we had gotten. They were in and out in one day for a whole house re-pipe. They did the job with as little cutting into the drywall as possible and left the pieces next to the hole. They scheduled the drywall people and they were on time, took only 1/3 of a day and the repairs look great.
