Cant say thank you enough.....Christmas Eve had a leak at my water meter and they came out and took care of it so I could continue enjoying my holiday. So glad we went with this company. Price was in line with other bids we had gotten. They were in and out in one day for a whole house re-pipe. They did the job with as little cutting into the drywall as possible and left the pieces next to the hole. They scheduled the drywall people and they were on time, took only 1/3 of a day and the repairs look great.

John replied to our Yelp right away. Our toilet and shower flooded and we were looking for someone to come out first thing in the morning for the clog. He was able to quickly chat and answer our questions in the evening and texted us to let us know the window our plumber would be out. Adrian was super helpful, well mannered and explained the process. Easy going and had fantastic service. We found out John trains them personally. Awesome job! Thank you! They seem nice, but Pricing seems very high... Thought it was because today might be considered a holiday, but they said it was normal pricing. Snaking: $285.00 from clean out, $385.00 from Roof Stack, and they are not far from us.

Had a main house drain then needed a cleanout. Have used Drain Genie in the past, with success so called them again. Last year a drain cleanout was $260 (230 + $30 in service fees). OK, a littel expensive for the 30 minutes, but OK. This time, they tech arrived at 3PM Friday afternoon and the charge was quoted at $525, YES - $525!!!! Outrageous, overall and compared to a year earlier - and I knew this woudl be an easy one. So called Drain Genie and after some back and forth they offer $385 and would book it as a kitchen sink drain cleaning. They claim the now used fixed price books they give the techs to price work and they like it up and pull the price, approcah OK, but the porices are not. So, if I ahd a pluigged kithcen drain (which I can fix myself) they tell me it would be $385!!! WOW, These guys are out of control, The tech completed this simeple task just fine, but the cost was ridiculous. If not for being late Friday to start a three day weekedn, I woudl have sent them packing and sought alternative. Drain Genie never again and I urge any of you reading this to ask about their prices first and shop around, even in an emergency with crap backing up. Just outrageous. Drain Genie will suffer from this. And should. Worst, the tech probably only made $50.

Thank you for your service! We had a leak and broken garbage disposal. The first time we used this company we had a sprinkler that was broken and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. This is our second time using the company, will use again!

John, the owner, responded to my message quickly with a phone call to go over the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing. After asking several questions he was able to determine some likely causes. We decided that since the issues had resolved themselves there was no need for a service call at that time but he still spent several minutes on the phone with me to help me understand what to look for in the future. I called to have a faucet replaced. They quoted a great price and made time for me the next day even though they were fully booked. They finished the job quickly and very well. I 100% recommend them for your home plumbing job.
