Our garbage disposal started leaking pretty heavy. Called the office line at 2 and someone was out by 7 same day. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up when they were done. We will be using them again in the future.

I had a clogged drain and a problem with my garbage disposal they fix both of them. Not only that but the specialist showed me how to avoid a problem in the future. I had to call after hours one time because of the garbage disposal and they send somebody out first thing in the morning to rectify the issue very responsible business.

It was Mother's Day weekend, my mother-in-law was visiting from out of town, and the all the boys had a date to watch Dr. Strange. At the worst time, the toilet began to leak from beneath the floor and water had flooded half the house. It was chaos!! Oh let me add, I have two kids under 5 who thought it was time to jump on indoor puddles !! By the time I managed to call Drain Genie it was past 8 PM. Thankfully they were very responsive and professional by 10:45 PM our toilets and faucets were working .... the drain was unclogged!!! Adrian who came out to fix the problem was so professional, clean ( made sure to remove his shoes and not add more dirt to the mess we had inside the house ) , he's a genuine family man. I highly recommend Drain Genie for their rapid response and great service!!

They were very responsive. Good communication and came out right away. The service tech was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The cost like everything else right now I thought was a bit high. $305 for parts and labor for about a 45 min job. I'm not sure if the price was too high but given that we had a couple of stressful days without working water as my husband tinkered in unknown territory I'm grateful! I would use them again.

Called to get a quote and they were able to come out next day for a scope diagnosis in the house I just purchased. Pricing was very competitive with their competitors. Updated review 04/24/22: John reached out and was apologetic and sent me a refund. I appreciate that he wanted to make it right. I wish they were this responsive the first time around, but I appreciate that he is trying to remedy the situation.

TL/DR: fast and reliable always making sure the job is done correctly. I had my entire house replumbed a few weeks ago. The first highlight was that John was able to work with other customers and get us moved up in the schedule since it was an issue that displaced us until it could be fixed. The workers showed up, we're very courteous, and got the job done quickly with minimal damage. Our water had to be completely re-routed due to the age of our home, and they were able to complete the job in one day as promised. After the work was complete, they subcontract out the drywall and within a few hours the walls looked almost brand new. We had a few small issues with our shower after the replumb but they sent out two guys to take a look and they were able to fix it. Not only did they fix the shower issue, but they answered my questions about water treatment for my home. We ended up getting that installed this week. The turn around time for that was fantastic and it looks great. Going from having a huge busted pipe to brand new plumbing with water treatment in three weeks speaks volumes to this company. Could you find a cheaper plumber? Maybe. But if you do, I guarantee you'll be giving up quality and reliably. I would recommend Drain Genie if you have any plumbing needs.
