Don't waste your time making an appointment if you don't live in there immediate area. Although they knew my address and I told them twice where I was located, they cancelled the appointment due to distance an hour before. So unprofessional from the get go.

Over priced, sloppy work. Clueless. Bad work and want to charge you to fix what they missed (came 3 times, 2nd time blamed it on condensation).

My plumber was on vacation and needed an emergency leak patch. They wanted $250 to break the ceiling. $850 total. Challenged their price and they lowered it to $600 to repair a small pipe.

Sloppy work.

2nd day, call them back and when they arrive they call it condensation.

Call them back again and tell them it's a leak, not condensation. They come back. Noticed it's a leak and want to charge and additinal $300. Then they got mad when they were challenged on why they didn't finish the work, correctly.

Waited 3 days for my plumber to check it out. Pretty much confirmed we got dooped and work was horrific. He replaced all the work this ""company"" did and whay they missed, for 1/3 of their price.

Look at the size of the hole to apply the little white pipe. Then look at the small square my plumber did.

Look at the pipe my plumber is holding and how close the white pipe they replaced. How can you not see the leak? The pipe is corroded! Just off thay my plumber said they're amateurs, thats what they called condensation then wanted to charge me $300 when they came back. My plumber said all they had to do is look a little closer.
