We had a bathroom remodel (Sept. 2020), they said they would be done in 2 weeks. We paid $1,500 up front. Over 2 months they did 3 hours of a partial demolition and never finished the job. We begged for a refund, even went to small claims court where we were awarded the judgment, yet we still have not gotten back our money.

If I could give minus stars, I would. He was referred to me by another contactor. I explained the issue, told him the sewer pipe had to be blown out, and he showed up, well, exactly as he is dressed on the website, in flip flops, shorts, and t-shirt. Thought that was rather strange for a plumber, who was supposed to be doing some heavy duty work. He snaked a camera down the line, charged $300.00 (roughly 15 minute visit), was supposed to come back the next day to actually do the job, because he ""wasn't prepared."" He never showed up, I called him several times, no answer, then finally got a hold of him the following week, scheduled a day and time to come back, and he had to call me to find out when he was supposed to come.
As a result, he had to reschedule. I explained that the following day we were expected to have heavy rain, and he replied, ""we work in the rain."" The next morning he called me, asked me if it was raining, and when I told him it was, he said he couldn't work when it rains....needless to say, I told him to enjoy the $300.00 but that I would get another plumber. He couldn't have cared less.

Really great! We had a back up and called them. Arrived quickly after calling (on a Sunday), explained what he was doing, and cleared the back up extremely efficiently. Upfront with costs, which is a plus. Highly recommend.
