I called this company and Martin responded in a second as soon as I called and I'll tell you this company didn't waste no time they found the problem as soon as they got here they came early in the morning, started digging the next day and took care of the situation and the service was absolutely great. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems and the workers that came to the house every day we're very hard workers absolutely very respectful always made sure every day that I was up-to-date with everything they were doing so like I said if you want the Best plumbing job done call these guys you'll be very satisfied

Drain Force again gave me GREAT service, this time on my recent gas line installation. I have had them replace the main sewer line and replace all the drain plumbing in the house. Each of those jobs went extremely well and were reasonably priced.
The company has now added several new crews so they can respond faster to their growing list of customers. All the crews I have had were clean, respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fast.
I recommend Drain Force for your plumbing needs.

Juan and his crew did an incredible job replumbing hot and cold water. House was built in the 1970s with original plumbing in the slab. Fast forward 60ish years, hot water pipe leaks.Drain Force re-piped whole house hot and cold system with new PEX pipes and fittings. We also replaced the water heater and tub and shower valve upstairs. Replaced all valves to each fixture throughout the house.
15 year warranty.
Patched up drywall and stucco.
Paint all patch work.
We've had them out to work on the house previously and did an excellent job. I'd post pictures before and after, but let me just say when I went in the house to inspect work, you couldn't tell where they had patched the drywall. Again excellent cleanup. Price was reasonable and they got it done in the quoted 5 days. Finished photos to follow

I called for a same day service appointment for a kitchen sink clog and was given a time slot. The time slot came and went and no one showed up. I called the office and they said someone would call me. No call. I called again a couple hours later and I was told a manager would call me. No call. Never heard from anyone. Would not recommend this company.

I had a bad experience with Drain Force plumbing. The price was massively inflated. He quoted me more than $1,000 to *diagnose* an irrigation issue (broken main at a 90 degree connector), and asked for more than $4,000 to fix it. For 3 PVC pipes. I paid them for what they did (the crazy inflated diagnosis fee), and had it fixed for a small fraction of what they asked later that day.

I do appreciate that they responded quickly, and came out the next morning. We had worked with them before. But the cost was just so crazy, and I really felt taken advantage of.

There are a lot of fairly priced plumbers. I really despise when contractors take advantage of homeowners in their time of need, and that is what happened here.

I won't work with them again.

First I'd like to give them credit. I called looking for same day service as my shower had flooded. I had water coming up both showers and from under one of my toilets. Over the phone they stated it was likely a main line blockage and they'd have someone out that afternoon. They kept me updated with their ETA and the plumber was friendly. Overall I was happy with their communication and responsiveness.

When they arrived they ran the camera in my clean out and identified roots grown through my main line that was original cast iron. Immediately they jumped to having to dig under my slab foundation to replace all my drain pipes for both bathrooms. I asked multiple times if there was any way to alleviate the current blockage and was told no. They sent me a quote for thousands of dollars and were eager to start the project.

I had a plumber friend come out and use a drain snake on the original shower and have had no drainage issues since. I know the pipes will likely need to be replaced at some point but that root didn't grow overnight. They were trying to pressure me into spending more than I needed. Get opinions from people you trust!

If your guys would have done the job correctly from the beginning I would have not posted the original bad review. Your crew at the time of service instead were trying up sell me from the beginning. We called you the next day and gave you an opportunity to come back but since we received no response from you, we called another plumber who did the job perfectly from the beginning and didn't try to upsell us.
Your response to my original review was very demeaning and put all the blame on me. You did not take any responsibility for your lack of service and actions.

Juan and his crew did an outstanding job locating the blockage in our sewer system and fixing the problem. They had to dig through several feet of stone and concrete to get to the problem, replaced the broken pipe, put in a sorely needed clean out, and replaced the patio to look like they had never been there. My only negative is their pricing. They are, in my opinion, very expensive. Make sure your estimate shows the material cost and the labor costs broken down by number of manhours and cost per manhour. And be willing to negotiate on that basis.
