I called for a same day service appointment for a kitchen sink clog and was given a time slot. The time slot came and went and no one showed up. I called the office and they said someone would call me. No call. I called again a couple hours later and I was told a manager would call me. No call. Never heard from anyone. Would not recommend this company.

I had a bad experience with Drain Force plumbing. The price was massively inflated. He quoted me more than $1,000 to *diagnose* an irrigation issue (broken main at a 90 degree connector), and asked for more than $4,000 to fix it. For 3 PVC pipes. I paid them for what they did (the crazy inflated diagnosis fee), and had it fixed for a small fraction of what they asked later that day.

I do appreciate that they responded quickly, and came out the next morning. We had worked with them before. But the cost was just so crazy, and I really felt taken advantage of.

There are a lot of fairly priced plumbers. I really despise when contractors take advantage of homeowners in their time of need, and that is what happened here.

I won't work with them again.

First I'd like to give them credit. I called looking for same day service as my shower had flooded. I had water coming up both showers and from under one of my toilets. Over the phone they stated it was likely a main line blockage and they'd have someone out that afternoon. They kept me updated with their ETA and the plumber was friendly. Overall I was happy with their communication and responsiveness.

When they arrived they ran the camera in my clean out and identified roots grown through my main line that was original cast iron. Immediately they jumped to having to dig under my slab foundation to replace all my drain pipes for both bathrooms. I asked multiple times if there was any way to alleviate the current blockage and was told no. They sent me a quote for thousands of dollars and were eager to start the project.

I had a plumber friend come out and use a drain snake on the original shower and have had no drainage issues since. I know the pipes will likely need to be replaced at some point but that root didn't grow overnight. They were trying to pressure me into spending more than I needed. Get opinions from people you trust!

If your guys would have done the job correctly from the beginning I would have not posted the original bad review. Your crew at the time of service instead were trying up sell me from the beginning. We called you the next day and gave you an opportunity to come back but since we received no response from you, we called another plumber who did the job perfectly from the beginning and didn't try to upsell us.
Your response to my original review was very demeaning and put all the blame on me. You did not take any responsibility for your lack of service and actions.

Juan and his crew did an outstanding job locating the blockage in our sewer system and fixing the problem. They had to dig through several feet of stone and concrete to get to the problem, replaced the broken pipe, put in a sorely needed clean out, and replaced the patio to look like they had never been there. My only negative is their pricing. They are, in my opinion, very expensive. Make sure your estimate shows the material cost and the labor costs broken down by number of manhours and cost per manhour. And be willing to negotiate on that basis.

I had some serious drain/plumbing issues with my house's 50+ year old cast iron pipes, and I'm glad we went with Drain-Force for trenchless repair and pipe-lining. They're not cheap, but the owner, Juan Carlos, was always responsive, professional, and even thoughtful whenever any issue or question came up. It was apparent his team knows what they're doing, and I would recommend them to anyone with drain line issues.

Scope:
We had 2 breaks in our lateral drain and they fixed the connector to our main line. They also descaled, hydro-jetted, and lined our bathroom pipes with resin. When they discovered the laundry/kitchen pipe couldn't be descaled/lined due to a section of it being collapsed, they talked to us about the option to replace that pipe using their trenchless method (to minimize the jackhammering through the slab of our house).

I had another plumbing contractor re-routing supply lines at the time, and the Drain-Force team was accommodating to the spaces they needed to work in and everyone's schedules. They also did a fantastic job on the dry wall repair and putting back our pavers.

Due to our house and yard being on a downward slope when it rains the backyard turns into a swamp. We decided to dig out a French well and drain on our own. Eventually we found it was more of a job than we thought. So, after interviewing 7-8 different landscape companies the last one was Juan. He was patient with us and came up with the simplest and most elegant plan AND at a quote half of the others. The Crew were ALL top notch professionals. They knew exactly what to do and did it. They kept us informed on the progress of the project. Even the electrician was professional in all ways. We have been recommending them to everyone!
