On a Sunday night, we suddenly had a drain blockage in the kitchen and bathroom. I gave Anthony a wake-up call at 6:30am on Monday (today), spoke with him, texted him my address, and 2 hours later the problem is fixed. What more could I ask for.

He gave me a few tips to prevent the blockage in the future.

Anthony is amazing. We have needed his services multiple times over the course of this past year. Our plumbing needs have ranged from a leaky faucet, to a complete replacement of a faucet, to a garbage disposal leak, to a dishwasher leak, to a washing machine hose clogging. Each of these things, as you can imagine, spring up and need immediate attention. Our first time meeting Anthony was when our garbage disposal was leaking and Anthony came out that same evening to perform an excellent repair and was very fair in his cost. The next time, again, Anthony to the rescue and solved any of our plumbing woes!! And the rest is history. He's our go-to guy for any plumbing troubles. I can text or call him and he is immediate in his response, will let you know when he will be around if not immediately and is just a genuine, honest, upstanding man AND his work is top notch. That combination is rare and I will never go to anyone but Anthony, because I feel that strongly about his work. He puts his heart into his work and it shows.

This is the first time I have ever had to call a plumber in my life, as this is the first time I have called as a homeowner. I was pretty much expecting to be verbally berated by the plumber and be charged $600,000. Instead, got a chill dude who showed up within two hours, fixed my insane toilet clog in seconds, and charged me quite reasonably. I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs.

We chose Drain Flow based on Yelp (after seeing that those recommended to us had poor reviews) and were not disappointed. Our house has old plumbing that we're not familiar with yet, and while they could have fleeced us they did not. They were very reasonable in what they charged and even gave us some tips for avoiding a house call next time. Good, professional, honest: highly recommended.

I first went to Drain Flow a few years ago after seeing great yelp reviews. I have managed apartment buildings for years in the Boston area. My previous drain cleaning company was Mass Sewer. Mass Sewer has perhaps the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Tony answers all of his calls personally. He does what he can to respond to problems asap and to accommodate his customer's schedules. He has fixed all sorts of issues for me from backed up main drains, clogged sinks, clogged tub drains, re-pipe improper sink plumbing, re-pipe improper tub plumbing, etc. He does not push anything that is unnecessary and will provide thorough explanations and helpful tips without charge. Prices are more than reasonable. Drain Flow takes credit cards but can certainly send a bill if needed.

Duanne is also a great technician. Both he and Tony really know their stuff and so can quickly diagnose and correct problems. As a plus, Tony and Duanne come across as genuinely good guys.

Drain Flow is now the first number I call for any plumbing or drainage issues. Every accolade they receive here on yelp is deserved. They are the gold standard in Greater Boston.

These guys were great- on time, quick service, and reasonable price.

We've been in the middle of a kitchen remodel for 2 months, and when our counter FINALLY arrived and it was time to install our sink & disposal, our contractor's plumber did not show up- twice. After 2 months without a working kitchen I was not going to wait another week to *hope* that our guy would show the 3rd time, so I called Drain Flow and was able to get same day service.

Highly recommended- I'd use them again for sure.

Anthony and Dwayne are the best. They came more quickly than I expected, did a masterful job, and didn't over-charge me. I've had other plumbers come for the same issue and they did a poor job. Don't waste your time on other plumbers, just call Drain Flow. They'll be honest, fix your problem and save you money.

Very happy with Drain Flow's service. We sprung a leak in our water heater on a Saturday and Anthony and Duane came out almost as soon as we called and had the new heater picked up and installed within two hours. They were very friendly and did a great job of answering all of our questions. Great price and great service all around.

Second time that I called them...and they still deserve 5 stars...even SIX!

The first time was because the bathroom sink was clogged. Not only did they fix it in couple of minutes, but they told me how to fix it in the future!

Today I called them again, and they showed up in 30mins.This time the Toilet was clogged. They had to take of move the toilet and put it back. Everything was good as new in 30min.

Outstanding, honest and super quick service. I highly recommend them.
