I have had only positive experiences with Anthony and Drain flow. I actually had to call him twice this week. I bought a new shower head but couldn't get the old one off., later in the week I had to replace my Garbage disposal. Anthony always gets in touch with you promptly. He's really helpful with pointers and tips to keep your plumming running smoothly. Very professional and friendly. Loves my cats too! It's great to have a reliable plumber.

Last Monday, my water heater started leaking at 3:30AM. I reached out to Tony(the owner). I sent him the information on my water heater. Tony, and his crew were at my door by 8:30 with a new one. By 10, I was back in business with hot water.

I've hired them for different projects,and they've always delivered. I've also recommended them to several friends, and neighbors. They've all been thrilled with their service.

Great experience from start to finish. Our water heater started leaking so we needed an immediate replacement. As other reviews mention, Tony was very responsive via phone and text which helped provide an overall positive experience. We set up time for a replacement on a Saturday morning when it was convenient for me. I had also gotten price quotes from the big box stores, Tony's pricing was lower and I'm happy we ultimately went with him.

As an added bonus, I was in the process of replacing my washing machine hoses and had been unable to unscrew one of the corroded hoses with my own tools. Tony was more than happy to help and got the hose unscrewed for me in no time (and free of charge!). Talk about great customer service!

I just happened to come across Tony on a Google search when my hot water heater went and I'm very glad I did. I called mid morning and by early afternoon they were at my house ready to go. I really appreciated the text updates the whole day of when he would be arriving, when he was a few minutes out and so forth. I didn't have to sit at home the whole day waiting and wondering when they would arrive because he kept me totally posted. Tony and his partner were quick to identify the problem and remedy it. They removed the old tank and replaced it in no time and was very efficient and professional. Quality of work was excellent and so was his price. I plan on using him for other plumbing work in the near future. I'm comfortable recommending him to my friends and family as ""hey I got a guy who does all plumbing work and doesn't ripp you off"".

Our house was built in 1955. The shower faucet is original. Recently we had a problem with water not flowing through the hot water valve. Tony and Irving diagnosed and fixed the problem. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

Tony is the man. Super reliable and knows what he's doing. My pipes froze and he came on a Sunday morning to help me fix it before they burst and cause more damage. He checked all possible areas and also gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Don't bother with other plumbers - Tony does it all.

Tony was super responsive, flexible, came on a Sunday, and gave a very fair price. I got a quote from a couple other places to get my garbage disposal replaced and they were charging $100-$200 more! He will not rip you off and is very knowledgeable. Does multiple services and is a good guy. I will be a returning customer.

Tony lives up to his stellar reputation. I texted him at 10pm last night and he responded immediately (within minutes). Super impressed so far. He was at our house this morning by 9am and continued to text me status updates as to how far out he was. He was able to fix our very clogged toilet and all is flowing well in our home. I asked if we needed to camera the line and he didn't think it was necessary, saving us a few hundred dollars. Both he and Ralph were very nice and did a thorough cleaning after they were finished.

I would highly recommend Drain Flow to anyone with pipe clogs and other plumbing needs. These guys really stood apart from other vendors we've used in the most pleasant way possible.
