James and another tech (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name!) came out to replace my kitchen sink faucet. I requested quotes on Friday and he called within 5 minutes of me submitting the quote. They were able to come out on Monday and complete the project. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone but mentioned that it would likely change once he got there to see the actual project, but luckily it remained about what he quoted me. They were there for about 2 hours and were friendly and polite and kind to my cats (which is a big plus for me!). The job was done perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they take credit cards and Zelle payment. Highly recommend!

I hired James within an hour of posting the job request on Yelp. James was upfront, honest and explained the value of his work and pricing. I requested service and he showed up to the job within an hour. The pricing ended up being higher than originally disclosed but he did the job for a very fair and reasonable price. From the time service was requested to completed, 2 hours. Highly recommend. Also, replace your hose bibs at least every 15 years!!

James texted me right away when I needed help. He was too far away and I had water pouring out in my storage room. He immediately offered to help me out when I said I needed someone closer. He went on FaceTime with me and in less than five minutes he had walked me through stopping the leak. He didn't make any money on this, he helped me purely out of the goodness of his heart. He is truly a plumber that everyone should trust and use. He took time out of his Sunday afternoon to help me out when he didn't need to. The level of customer service he provided was incredible in this day and age. I highly recommend James and his company.

My sink drain is clear again! James responded promptly to my project inquiry, guaranteed a reasonable price and appointment the next day. They came in the windows he said, and in under an hour had my sink drain cleared and put back together again.

Unfortunately I am unable to recommend James. He misrepresented his expertise by agreeing to come out and diagnose/repair a dishwasher which I later realized he no intention of doing. First, he refused to give an estimate. When asked about the repair he said he didn't know what was wrong it just needed replaced, further explaining they didn't even try to see if it could be repaired. He then overcharged for a dual valve (didn't need a dual) with a proposal to install new one- but again refusing to give an estimate. He also said main shut off needed replacement. Overall he did multiple things except what I asked/expected. And he never provided a receipt after I paid. Overall he just seemed a bit untrustworthy. Finally, if he didn't overcharge-he must charge ~$175/hr but I don't know because I never got a receipt.
