James was quick and responsive to our call for an appointment. His employee arrived at 11:15 am. I called James when his employee arrived to clarify what we felt we needed. The clogged main drain in front of our townhouse was snaked. Another employee joined the first mid way, both were very polite. They finished and left before noon. $500 was charged.

I made an inquiry online to get my plumbing issue addressed. I got an almost instantaneous phone reply. I was pleased. It was decided that a camera inspection of my pipes was the best option to properly diagnose my issue. I asked what the cost of the camera inspection was. The person I was talking to told me that there is no cost for him to be present and inspect the process. That's fine but I asked how much the camera inspection was again. Who wouldn't want to know that information to at least create a mental budget in advance of a contractor coming to work at their home? The person on the phone responded to my question, like it was ridiculous, with a loud sigh, followed by a ""Jesus"", and finally a $350 to $400 something soft quote. The soft quote is all he had to say from the beginning and we would likely be working together. However, I simply let him know that I did not appreciate his disrespect and we do not need to work together before hanging up. Nobody who is expected to part ways with their hard-earned dollar to patronize a business deserves unwarranted disrespect upfront. Beware of the entitlement and lack professionalism of this outfit.

James came to my house on short notice to fix a tough blockage in the main sewer line that was causing wastewater to back up. After dislodging the blockage with a snake, he fed a camera down the line--it turned out to be something that looked like a brick inside the pipe, and he was able to knock it all the way out. I'm very grateful for the quick and efficient work--great value for a high level of service.

The plumbers responded promptly to my request. They were able to fix the leak from my old toilet by applying extra wax rings to the base. They arrived after I got off work in the evening and completed the job in a little over a hour (if I'm not mistaken) for an affordable price. Highly recommended.
