In over 11 years of condo living in downtown DC and numerous clogged drains, I've never had a plumber (or any service technician really) provide such expedient, and cost-effective service as the Drain Fighter, James. He was an absolute delight to communicate/work with from start to finish. Traveling/parking downtown is always challenging for a multitude of reasons, but of course my kitchen sink clogged going into Memorial Day weekend....and after a couple failed attempts to resolve the clog ourselves, we researched all the usual sources to find help. James was my first call (based on the stellar reviews across multiple platforms from credible clients) and he returned my call immediately. He spoke candidly about not being available that same day (Saturday), but could come the following morning and would be traveling from Baltimore. I knew it would be a challenge beating the downtown brunchers on a holiday weekend and was thrilled when he called to verify his ETA of 9:45 a.m. The icing on the cake was him completing the work and having the drain properly functioning by 10:30 a.m. If you have a clogged drain - stop pouring money down it with draino and cheap crappy snakes that don't fix the real clog, call James. After seeing what he pulled out of the drain...worth every penny. Cheers James aka the drain fighter!

Wonderful and responsive!! We had a pipe leaking water at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon! Can't say enough great things about James and his business, although we were unable to get the clog out, due to no fault of James...(old building with bad piping) James was great! We highly, highly recommend The Drain Fighter Jetting & Drain Clean! To fix a blocked outdoor drain, we had received a recommendation from Michael & Son to jackhammer the concrete around our 122-year-old home to diagnose and _potentially_ clear the drain, along with a (minimum) $3,500 quote. James Wilkerson from Drain Fighter Jetting & Drain Clean worked on the issue for about 60 minutes, including a 40 minute trip to Home Depot to purchase a basic device to fix the drain. Once got the part, he straightforwardly fixed the issue in under two minutes, and then spent a few minutes more verifying the problem was fully fixed. He saved us at least $3k in service fees, and potentially far more in possible structural damage to our and our neighbors' property if we had gone with Michael & Son.

Let me start by saying that I googled Plumbers in Capitol Heights MD and read the reviews, so I tried ""THE DRAIN FIGHTER"" and glad that I did. I have spent several hundreds of dollars for a back up of everything in my basement bathroom, tub and toilet. Several times, I've had my pipes snaked, scoped, and chemically unclogged. You name it, I tried it, only to call the plumber back the following day for the same problem. I was told that I needed to spend thousands of dollars to repair pipes that had tree branches growing in them. After being rescheduled 3 times by a so called well known company, I contacted James/ THE PLUMBING GOD, who responded the same day within hours of my call. He snaked and jetted my pipes and I have not had a problem since. He and his assistant were kind, informative, cordial, fast and effective. Please support his business, you will not be disappointed!
