Incredibly responsive and very reasonably priced! After heavy rains in DC and fear of my basement flooding, I had called multiple contractors to try to help with the job. The big companies charge an arm and a leg (literally got charged over $500 by Len The Plumber company to come snake my storm drain)... but when James came out he did the exact same thing and charged waaaay less. As for Jetting services, Magnolia Plumbing was going to charge me $1K minimum where as James had quoted me $350. I am staying away from the big companies that have the audacity to charge so much and will be calling honest people like James from The Drain Fighter Jetting & Drain Cleaning going forward. Highly recommend!!!

I called James Saturday to get an idea on what it would cost to get my French drain unclogged. Every time it rained heavily my basement would flood so I was pretty concerned with getting it done quickly. I was busy that day but said I was maybe planning on having somebody out in a couple days. I called him this morning and asked if he could fit me in this afternoon and he made time for me. He came when he said he would. He said what he was going to try to do first (snake the drain) and if that worked it would be a certain price. If that didn't work he would hydro jet it and it would be a certain price. Both sounded fair to me so I said give it a try. He was able to snake it in like 45mins and it cost exactly what the said it would. He was polite, responsive, and observed covid best practices. I'll definitely call him back in the future for my plumbing needs.

I recently purchased a house and it has been vacant for some time. The pipe that drains the dishwasher and sink was backed up. I called my home warranty and they sent James and associate to fix. He listened to what the problem was-asked for old boxes to set up his equipment and went to work. Very professional& cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

If I could give six stars, then I would!!! James (owner) was extremely responsive by phone after finding the company on Angie's list. He was very pleasant and professional over the phone. As we talked over my issues, he was very knowledgeable about how to handle it that I could hear the confidence and felt hopeful that he could accomplish the job. James scheduled me the same day with a small window which was great for planning and called when he was on the way. I rarely get services that prompt me to give such an immediate review (they literally just left a little while ago), but they completely deserve the praise. When both guys arrived, they had their masks on and I took them on a tour to see both toilets, shower, and tub that were backed up with waste. They got right to work with taking care of the issues which we predetermined one the call was the main line and further confirmed upon arrival. The equipment was appropriate for the job with them being able to run a whole lot of feet to ensure the blockage was cleared. And for good measure and beyond ego, James went back and ran the machine again to ensure that everything was clear in the line which I appreciated greatly. Both guys worked really hard to ensure that I was taken care of and spent time testing EVERYTHING to make sure that we were up and running just fine; the sweat equity was apparent. I really appreciated the timed spent and the attention to detail that both guys demonstrated in just great overall customer service and competence in their ability to get it done. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely HIGHLY recommend The Drain Fighters (my drain definitely put up a big fight) to anyone that has a small or big problem. My daughter celebrated by washing clothes and taking a shower at the same time;-) Before getting a call from James, I was thinking of going with a big commercial company because I thought they would be the only ones to handle the problem efficiently because it was super serious, but I am definitely happy to support a small business that offered personalized service and got it done! So happy! I did not know James, never met him or heard of his company, but he is my friend now, my go-to plumber, Locked in the number! Great guys! Great price! Great job!
