Request for leaking faucets in kitchen and bathroom. Josh called back almost immediately and was gracious, understanding, land responsive. Said someone would contact me within an hour. Two hours later the doorbell rang by Meyer and a helper. Meyer was ultimately beligerent, rude, hostile, raised his voice at me, refused to give me a receipt for the product or the box it came in, and frightened me very much for my safety. What may have set it off wrong was I asked them to put booties over their shoes because a couple of years ago another workman brought roaches into my house. They returned, I showed Meyer the kitchen sink, he said, ""ok, what's next"" and I said ""can you fix it?"" and he said ""what else do you have wrong in your house?"" So I took him to the bathroom. He said neither faucets could be repaired, needed to be replaced. I said OK. He said ""what do you want to do?"" and I said ""can you replace them for me?"" and he said ""what do you want to do?"" I was confused, I just want my faucets to stop spraying water all over. He became beligerent, not explaining himself. He raised his voice at me, I became frightened that he could harm me. I began to cry, ""can't you just tell me what needs to be done to fix my faucet""? Finally he said, ""do you want me to go to Home Depot and buy one for you?"" I said yes. He said he'd also look for kitchen faucet, the job would cost $350. I said fine. He returned a while later and replaced the shower faucet but said the kitchen faucet is no longer made, I'd have to find it on eBay. Now it would cost $145. I said fine, could I have the receipt for the new shower faucet, he said no. I asked for the box it came in, he said ok but he wanted my credit card number. By now his crankiness had escalated, he called Josh, I asked to speak with Josh, he refused. He got hostile and frightened me. I'm a 77 year old widow who lives alone. I finally got his phone and spoke with Josh who was very apologetic. Josh may be fine but don't ever let Meyer into your home.

I used drain fast twice for some plumbing issues , and each time Josh and his crew did NOT disappoint! My shower faucet needed to be fixed and he worked his magic! The pricing is great. Definitely will call again for any other plumbing issues that may arise. These guys are awesome

We had an issue with the bath tub drain. After a few unsuccessful tries to unclog the drain ourselves, we called more than a handful of plumbers in the area. We had worked with a different plumbers to schedule us in at on their terms. Soon after, Josh called and offered to have someone come out asap so we went with Drain fast. As it turned out, there was more issues that needed to be addressed. This is an older home where the plumbing has it set of challenges. I imagine it wasn't easy, but they got it done! I work in a similar type of field work customer service industry where there are expectations to resolve the issues and give piece of mind for the customer. That they did! Good job guys! I've used Josh 3 times over the past 4 years. Every single time has been fantastic. He's a great communicator. He obviously knows his stuff. His prices are fair and to top it off he is reliable and he does great work. What more could you ask for in a plumber?

I had roots in my clay sewer line and Josh and his crew dug up a 10 foot long section of concrete, and dug down 4 feet to replace the clay pipe with ABS. His crew then fixed the concrete and cleaned up like new. The total cost was $4550.

Josh kept me updated with photos along the way and he was always on time.

Very happy with Joshua and his services! Of the three plumbers I called off Yelp, he sounded the most on top of his shit and his prices were reasonable. He was also the only one wise enough to tell me to block off a four hour chunk of time for water turn off just in case a bigger problem arose, and mentally prepared me for what the worst case scenario would cost! Thank goodness it didn't come to that, but I love that he thought of that, since the unit was in a condo building and we had to keep all the other tenants informed. Would happily use again, although would be even happier if we never have to lol.
