This company showed no respect whatsoever when repiping my place. I strongly recommend you watch them and make sure they do a good job. This is not what I expect from a professional company. I will have to pay for a company to clean up behind them and clean all my furniture because of the overspray of drywall and dust! Use someone else if possible (better safe yhan sorry)

*Update- They did send someone out to quickly vacuum my apartment so they did something to try and remedy the original problem. So I will upgrade the one star to a 3 star.

Raul responded quickly to our call after we had standing water in our front planter box. After doing a leak detection it was determined it wasn't coming from inside and he was ""99%"" sure that this was a sewer leak, even though there was no smell or noticeable break when the camera was inserted in the line. We asked several times if it could be coming from the pool but Raul said no and recommended a $5,000 sleeve. After much discussion and assurance from Raul we proceeded. However, we still had the problem and his next recommendation was to jack hammer our post tension slab at a cost of about $20,000. We refused and followed our gut instinct only to find out it was a small leak coming from our pool, a $500 fix versus $5,000. We have called and text Raul asking for a partial refund, since he was 99% sure. Still no partial refund or conversation regarding a refund. We also incurred costs from the landscaping, lighting, and sprinklers that were dug up to expose the sewer line. Moral of the story....trust your gut!

I wanted the water pressure regulating valve and a shut off valve to my house replaced because I had a small leak. The Steel Plumbing and Drain guy gave me a quote of $650. I asked how much is the pressure regulating valve that is going to be installed, and the Steel Plumbing guy said $200. I asked for a breakdown (itemized) cost of the labor and parts, and the Steel Plumbing guy said it is a fixed $650 for this replacement work. I had the work done, and it was done well as far as I could tell. Two days later I find out that the pressure regulating valve can bought at Home Depot for only $91.20, and was quoted $300 to get all of the same work done. So the Steel Plumbing and Drain people can not be trusted with prices, and they charge way too much. So, parts were about $130, and with about 2 hours of work, it came out to $260/ hour; and this was for scheduled work.

We were in a tough spot as we could not use any part of our first floor (kitchen, washer, bathroom). This made it tough in our family as we have a child with autism who did not understand what was happening. The last three days have been extremely difficult as we tried to fix the problem ourselves due to financial constraints. We decided that we had exhausted all of the things we knew how to do and reached out not knowing anyone in the plumbing industry. God is good! Steel Plumbing & Drain Experts (Raul and Elizabeth) connected with us very quickly the same night (after 10:00 pm on a Friday). They came out the following morning at exactly the time they said they would arrive. Raul and his team were so friendly and knowledgeable. It set my husband and I at ease. We trusted him immediately. He taught us several things to look for in the future, and fixed our issue in less than two hours. I cannot rate higher than a 5 star, but I would! They brought not just a working bathroom, kitchen, etc back to our home - but also peace. Thank you so much! - Highly recommend if you are looking for knowledgeable, service oriented, and generous individuals with caring hearts.

We were referred to Raul and his guys from our contractor and got them on to do a repipe for our entire house. We originally had a slab leak which got repaired, but decided that it was best to just do a full repipe. It took us a while to make a final decision, but Raul was really great in touching base and seeing where we were at with everything. First of all, these guys are super professional, very honest and courteous. They showed up on time everyday and kept us in the loop with what was going on in the process. With regards to the actual repipe, Raul was very meticulous with trying to minimize the amount of holes having to be made in the house, and creating the best path possible for the water lines. He was also really great with informing us of what to expect after the pipes had been replaced and to notify him if there were any problems at all. We had a couple of hiccups with our washing machine, so I let Raul know and he was promptly in contact with me even on a weekend day, and sent one of his guys out early this week to fix the problem. They are really awesome and we will definitely be using them as our go to ""anything water problem"" guys! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in great need of hot water (real tired of 'surprise"" cold showers - although I hear they are good for you!) I had really been taken advantage of by a previous plumber about 2 years ago, so I was very cautious. Raul was referred to me by my realtor. So - I took a chance. I have to tell you that I was most pleased. The first time they came out - they didn't even charge a service fee - because everything seemed to be working fine. Two days later, no hot water again. They came out and my pilot light was out. They relit it and all seemed well - then they heard a tiny little drip just enough to extinguish the pilot light. So - my water heater needed to be replaced. They only install high quality water heaters. They even fixed the piping and stuff that was poorly done previously. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are honest and have integrity. They do not take advantage of anyone - especially women who do not know a lot about these kinds of things. I am most grateful for the outcome. Raul and his partner did great work! Raul came w a big smile, great attutude and gave me a lot of good info about how the plumbing works as we looked through the camera. I really appreciate the tips he gave me on how to keep the pipes clean etc. Very reasonable!

The first plumber I called was booked up for the week. Found Steel Plumbing on yelp*. Joseph, an employee had finished a job near by and was here within 2 hours. They got the kitchen sink to drain and were out of here a hour later.

Fast, courteous, professional, I would use them again.
