I came home to a wet ceiling and figured there were some issues in my upstairs bathroom. I talked to Pat on the phone and after talking, we diagnosed it as a wax ring. Having told him I had done this before, he said ""you might as well save $276 on me coming out and give it a try yourself. If you need any help along the way, give me a call back."" I indeed had to call back one more time and he guided me through and I fixed (hopefully the problem). When I for real need some help, I know who I will be calling first. Pat, thank you for your help today! Wish I knew what you looked like in case I ran into you at Epcot so I could buy you a beer or two!

My experience with Pat at Drain EZZ was nothing short of an exceptional one. After business hours we noticed a leak in our kitchen faucet and made a phone call to Pat. He walked us through turning off our water and assuring that everything would be ok until the next day when he could come for an appointment. He would've came that night, but felt confident we had the situation under control.
Katrina made scheduling convenient and was extremely quick to follow up. When Pat arrived he was able to identify the problem within minutes! We needed a new faucet, which we didn't have at the time. He offered to go pick one up for us, but we opted to save him the trip. He advised us on the right faucet to get and came back two days later and had the problem fixed right away!
Not only did Pat help us with our faucet, but he also went out of his way to answer a few other questions about the hot water heater and toilets. We had a clog in our toilet and instead of making us schedule another appointment, he fixed it on the spot.
Pat and all of his staff at Drain EZZ are a pure delight to work with and I would recommend them to ANYONE in need of ANY plumbing issue.

The owner of the company, Pat, answered the phone after hours and provided me helpful advice over the phone. Due to the repair, a visit was needed and Pat worked with me on a time that was convenient for both of us. He arrived on time, performed the work professionally, went to get a replacement part and even offered some free plumbing advice. I will definitely call on Drain-EEZ again when I need my next repair.

We have an electric toilet made by Kohler. After flushing, the water would lightly come out the bottom sides of the toilet. Prior to having Drain-EEZ come out, we had a different plumbing company. The person who worked on our toilet made our leak worse than it was before! Of course we didn't realize until after their 30 day guarantee.

So I searched around and found Drain-EEZ had good reviews on Yelp. I spoke with Pete about the issues and found a PDF online of instruction for installing our toilet. He looked over the instructions, researched reported problems with our toilet, got the parts from Kohler, and had a plumber come out. I wish I remembered the plumber's name because he was so great! He took our whole toilet apart to dig into anything that could be causing the leak. He was SO thorough and you could tell her really cared about getting to the bottom of it.

After he found the problem, he was even good about showing me and explaining what the problem was. He even showed me what the previous plumber did incorrectly. We're so grateful we found Drain-EEZ and chose them. I highly recommend you give them a try if you're having toilet issues!

The plumbing work was fine, the review below is based on the overall temperament of the providers. When you're in someone's home, be respectful. This includes being respectful to your customer, of the home, and to not provide negative commentary on the faucet brand, the major retailer where the faucet was purchased or parking conditions. The other general mocking comments/requests were inappropriate and not warranted. I should have insisted they leave. In addition, I received a somewhat reasonable, yet still pricey quote for a faucet installation, which did not include the drain pipes. I mistakenly did not ask if the estimate included the required drain pipes. I did not like being charged ridiculous marked up prices for parts. I will not contact this plumber again.

We had a leaking toilet - called Drain-EEZ based on 2 previous great experiences with them. Although it took 2 visits to complete the project, they helped us fix the problem and were just wonderful with their customer service.

I cannot recommend Drain-EEZ highly enough. Our sump pump malfunctioned during a rainy spring week and I called Drain-EEZ to see if they could help. Katrina was extremely helpful and was able to put me on the schedule for later that day - even going the extra mile to ask for a photo of the current pump so the plumber would be prepared before arriving. Lou called on his way to the house and we talked through the issue, and he stopped to get a new pump on the way - saving having to make another trip out for the pump later. These folks are efficient! Lou was a true professional. He explained why the pump burned out and also the steps he was taking to prevent this from happening again. He also rerouted some piping to improve the sump pump system and take the load off the pump. As a total bonus he also offered some really creative ideas about how our in-floor heating system could be improved, based on his years of experience.

I will definitely go to Drain-EEZ for all plumbing help in the future!

Totally happy with their work. Lou went above and beyond, fixed my issue, and explained how to prevent it from happening again. The price was excellent. I will definitely call Lou the next time I have an issue.

Pat was responsive, arrived EARLY (never happens), and fixed my problem quickly. I never felt jerked around or like he was trying to game me, and the pricing was straightforward. I asked him some questions about a separate issue and he showed me some things I could do to fix it myself to try and help save me some money. I will 100% use them again for any future plumbing issues.
