I normally do not take the time to write reviews but I really feel the need to take a moment here and give credit where credit is due. Just a few days back we had a flood warning in our area and I am so very grateful that I had called Drain-EEZ Plumbing to put in a new sump pump for us.
That was my reminder to follow up on my intentions to give these guys Kudos! If I hadn't called them, I surely would have had quite the mess in my basement but instead the coast was dry and clear!

Absolutely wonderful service. Incredibly helpful. Was able to not only fix both things in my condo unit, but gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again and explaining exactly what he had done as well. I highly highly recommend Drain-EEZ. I will not use anybody else!

I was pleased with the service that Pat gave me. He was scheduled to come after 12 noon, but called me at 10 and said he could come earlier. I'm glad he did. I've owned my home for 20 years and have dealt with other plumbers. In talking with Pat, he seems experienced and very knowledgeable in comparison to other plumbers that I've used.. He was able to work around my antiquated plumbing set up and unclog my tub drain. Pat also gave me an estimate on a few other plumbing issues I want to tackle this year. I'm willing to do business with Drain-EEZ again. The only issue I have with Drain-EEZ is that they are a little more expensive than 2 other plumbers I called.

Pat was quick to reply to our request for service; asked for photos of the issue (sump pump); gave us a quote; communicated about arrival time on the day of service and worked around our schedule; replaced the sump pump expertly and efficiently and cleaned up debris; consulted about an unrelated plumbing issue and gave a quote; charged what he quoted for the work done which is less than other quotes we received; is pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable; gave us guidelines for maintenance; and everything is in working order. We will use him for all our plumbing needs!
