My shower was dripping. Needed to have my 25 year old valve replaced. Also discovered my pressure regulator was not working. My house was registering 100. Scary that I could have had serious damage if other valves. So glad they checked my pressure before they left.

I had an issue with my main drain going out to the sewer on Sunday night. They came the next morning to take a look. Very polite employees and they were able to find the issue fairly quick. I needed a pipe replaced outside my home. After accepting the quote, it was scheduled for the next day, but they called me back and said that they can do it the same day. Keep in mind that it was a holiday, president's day. They came back and completed the job by that afternoon. Great job guys!

On Christmas eve My water heater gas valve went out. Isaiah was the only plumber who messaged back, he saved the day by replacing my gas valve and the hot water was back on. He came at the time he said he would, communicative, friendly and completed the job quick. It is hard to find a good plumber, I will definitely call up Drain Edge Rooter for any plumbing needs.

I started to notice many small leaks within my home, a hot spot and soon noticed an increase in my water and gas bill. It was confirmed I had a slab leak somewhere in my home! I was given my options and decided to bite the bullet and repipe my entire home.

This big project took Drain Edge Rooter 3 1/2 days! In these 3 days, I dealt with a professional and respectful staff! Repiping an entire home is a little overwhelming when seeing open drywall and this group of professionals walked me through it the entire way making it seamless.

A couple days later the company they subcontract with to patch up the drywall started at 8am and was out by 3pm! Having OCD, I was a little worried because I honestly wasn't sure if they would meet my expectations. I definitely was stocked once they were done. They met my expectations and more! I was very pleased with their work! During this process the owner and the lead of the project stopped by to make sure everything was on track. I brought to their attention that there was old piping that was never cut and although the drywall was already added to the other side, they ask for it to be removed so they can cut it!

Both groups came in to get the work done and by far exceed my expectations! I would highly recommend!
