Our kitchen drain was blocked at dinner time. After we checked the sink tube and the outside access, we quote the drain service on Yelp at night. Surprisingly they respond so quickly that we realized it was too late for negotiating the service details.

The next day we had to join a booked family activity and thanks for their waiting time with a discount price. Actually, we quoted another lower price for dredging before they came, the reason we didn't choose the former one is that the drain machine looked old-fashioned. So, when the Drain Edge Rooter showed us their drain machine that was similar to the ones shown on Home Depot's tool rental, we preferred their service. They were patient and gave me an impressive illustration about draining before starting dredge. Meanwhile, they worked efficiently and took maybe only 15 minutes or less! Afterward, they offered a free7-day warranty, and turned out the drain has completely dredged!

...Three days after the move in to our new house we had the unpleasant surprise that we needed major plumbing work.
Initially we called our home warranty company to have one of their contractors fix the issue without us having to pay out of pocket but we had a huge issue with their work and their willingness to work with our scheduling.
Unfortunately nothing is ever as it seems, after three days of working with another company and getting no real assistance I desperately contacted Drain Edge Rooter and a handful of other plumbers around 12pm. I immediately heard back from Isaiah with Drain Edge who was more than willing to come out that same day by 5pm and create a plan to get us back to using our toilets and showers. Isaiah and his team showed up that same day assessed the problem and determined the issue (a main line pipe under our front yard that has been been busted and blocked by the roots of a large magnolia tree). Isaiah gave us a quote to fix the entire issue and had his team working each chance they had.
On day two of digging into the ground --what they believed was going to be a 5ft dig-- they discovered the set up of piping meant that they were actually going to have to dig 10ft deep instead. True to their initial quote for the job, they completed the extra work using the all man power they had to and did not try to charge us ore since we had entered a contract with them.
The additional dept, of course, prolonged the time it would take to finish but luckily Drain Edge understood the importance of us being able to use our plumbing as it was intended. They cleared the pipes enough so that we could use our plumbing normally. Drain Edge came back and worked all day till 10pm finishing the job.
Isaiah was very clear that the job was not done until the dirt was back in the hole and the yard was as close as it could be to when they started and would not accept payment until our requested permit was signed off and the dirt was put back.
While we hated having to go through this experience we really felt like we were in great hands with this team. We will certainly call them for our future plumbing needs.

I had a leak coming from a unknown source in which I began to get worried. I looked around on Yelp and sent couple requests out to get some possible answers. Isaiah responded about as quickly as I submitted that message and advised that he will be able to come out the same day and look at the problem.

That was great news for me. Isaiah arrived and introduced himself before quickly getting to work, looking for the source. Isaiah is skilled at what he does and quickly eliminated areas where it could've came from. He didn't stop there though. The water was continuing to leak from the pipe when he found the source.

I can't thank Isaiah and his company enough for promptly coming out, whereas other companies advised that their earliest opening is mid July. Can't wait to use Isaiah for future projects and issues.
