You might say adding a new dishwasher to the family should not generally need a plumber to intervene, just hook it up to the existing hot water supply under the sink and airflow to your garbage disposal. Well, I never had these luxuries in this 1939 home and no, there was no water supply to tap into as all pipes were within the walls.

Here enters Drain Edge Rooter with Mr. Isaiah leading the charge on our first meet. He evualuated the situation and check the options.
He assessed three options and choose the less invasive and less expensive option for me which I thought was a great choice.

He completed the job with care, professionalism, and with finesse.

Now we have the LG DH working and a new GB, which I really didn't need, but oh well.

Thanks to Isaiah he is now our local plumber and I highly recommend him for his puncutality, knowledge of the business, and great affordable rates.
When you own ""this old house"" you have to come across many plumbers and I choose Drain Edge Rooter from now on. Kudos.

Isaiah promptly reached back out to me within 20 min of submitting my request for quote. Isaiah read my description thoroughly and responded with a very fair price and offered to come out that same night. Isaiah showed up when he said he would, was very professional, polite/respectful, and no nonsense. He had my issue resolved in less than 30 min., did not change the price that was quoted, cleaned up after the service, and offered professional advise to avoid future issues. I was very pleased with the service Isaiah and Drain Edge Rooter provided me, and appreciate the great customer service experience. Isaiah will be my go to guy for all of my plumbing needs in the future. It's nice to finally have a trustworthy plumber as a resource.

I called due to an emergency with a house plumbing we are renting and I called Isaiah and his team to see if they can come out to take a look at the problem. He did state it would be late before they could arrive, which I was okay with.
They finally arrive at 11pm which I was okay with since I needed the problem fixed ASAP. They stayed until 12ish and got the problem solved.
