I started to notice many small leaks within my home, a hot spot and soon noticed an increase in my water and gas bill. It was confirmed I had a slab leak somewhere in my home! I was given my options and decided to bite the bullet and repipe my entire home.

This big project took Drain Edge Rooter 3 1/2 days! In these 3 days, I dealt with a professional and respectful staff! Repiping an entire home is a little overwhelming when seeing open drywall and this group of professionals walked me through it the entire way making it seamless.

A couple days later the company they subcontract with to patch up the drywall started at 8am and was out by 3pm! Having OCD, I was a little worried because I honestly wasn't sure if they would meet my expectations. I definitely was stocked once they were done. They met my expectations and more! I was very pleased with their work! During this process the owner and the lead of the project stopped by to make sure everything was on track. I brought to their attention that there was old piping that was never cut and although the drywall was already added to the other side, they ask for it to be removed so they can cut it!

Both groups came in to get the work done and by far exceed my expectations! I would highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink sprayer was leaking and I called Drain Edge Rooter for a quote. They responded promptly and arrived literally the same day. We appreciated that they made time on such short notice (and it was a Saturday!) and even called to update us where they are. They didn't get to fix the sprayer (it was out of their hands, the pipes were old and original to the house) but they gave us very valuable advice (what to do, where to get parts, etc) it was a pleasant experience overall.

I have no words to express how grateful I am with Drain Edge Rooter. My main water line in the yard was damaged from a root and cracked an elbow joint. I contacted several plumbing companies but Drain Edge Rooter was the ONLY one committed to sending someone over the same day to check the problem. Within an hour, they sent Javier Lopez to the house to assess the problem. After agreeing on the rate (excellent btw), Javier went to work, and fixed the issue. I thought we'd have to suffer with no water over night but Javier came thru for me and my family. Javier was a class act, professional, super friendly, and knowledgeable. One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again.
