Mike unclogged our bathroom sink, and he did a nice job. Later on, our water heater stopped working after many years. Mike was kind enough to pick up the water heater that we had ordered. He also did a very good job repiping the pipes for the new water heater. We also didn't have to wait long for him to come, and he was on time. Thank you, Mike, for all your help.

A re-roof caused a problem with our kitchen drain. Mike / Drain Drama was called. He promptly replied, (a surprise in itself!) and, when onsite, quickly diagnosed the problem. Coming to our home well-equipped and with a competent assistant he efficiently corrected the issue. I can highly recommend to all in the Morgan Park, Beverly, and Mt. I had to call a plumber to reset our toilet since my hubby knocked into it. I called so many places and the prices were outrageous and the earliest was at least a week out. well I found Drain Drama while googling and then my hubby at the same time put a post on facebook in our local page and he received many recommendations for Drain Drama. we had used another plumber just 6 months prior to reset the toilet and it was the worst job and way overpriced. So I decided to call Drain Drama and Mike was so nice and was able to come the next day and earlier then he thought. he quoted me a price that blew everyone else out of the water but did say as long as the flange and some other part was in good shape. He arrived and there was a slight issue with the flange but he said he was able to work around that and not have to replace the flange so the price was what he quoted. Let me say I am shocked because we have had so many dishonest people come to our house in just under a year that he could have taken us for more money. It is hard to find good honest people and Mike and his nephew are going to be my plumbers from now on. I will be telling everyone I know to use them. sorry for the long post but have been so disappointed with previous contractors but faith has been restored.
