Called Drain Doctors Wednesday afternoon and they set an appointment for me the follow day. They gave me a text that Pablo was on his way and he showed up fixed my low pressure at the fridge and replaced my shut off valve. Excellent work and they were very courteous and cleaned up after the job. Would definitely use again

Pablo was prompt and friendly. Did a water pressure test before replacing kitchen faucet. Only took about 20 minutes to install. Price quoted was highest of 3 estimates, but I got a discount for being a first time customer, and he was able to do the work immediately.

Drain Dr was the first contractor I've dealt with in a really long time that left me feeling 100% confident in their work and the integrity of their business.

Noticed a leak coming through the stucco of our entryway ceiling. Called Drain Dr and they came out same day. From the start, they were very educational and consultative about our options. Never did we feel pressured to move forward. Always felt like they had our best interest in mind. Turned out to be a leak from the bathtub drain which resulted in some structural rotting. Drain Dr came back the next day and fixed everything.

On top of resolving the issue at hand, they conducted a free diagnostic checkup of our entire house. They caught a massively corroded angle stop in a guest bathroom and was able to replace same day, potentially saving us from a major disaster.

Bottom line: These guys are pros and I won't be using anyone else in the future. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Highly recommend.

We hired Drain Doctor to fix a drain and plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They fixed the problem by replacing the old pipes and addressed the drain/plumbing issues for long term.

They were extremely professional throughout the job, they certainly had the skills to do the great job. Unlike some service providers who might try to upsell unnecessary services, they never once attempted to push additional products or services. They focused solely on solving the issue at hand, and their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.

They also helped us renovate our bathroom. We were really skeptical about using their services for bathroom renovation, but we could not be more happier. They had the skills and expertise to do the great job.

Throughout the entire experience, they maintained clear communication, keeping me informed about the progress and any necessary updates. This level of communication and transparency was greatly appreciated and further solidified my trust in their abilities.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of their plumbing and renovation services. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy contractor and plumber.

These guys are great! I had a rusty shower drain I knew was bad. After I opened the floor up, I could tell all of the under slab drain lines for the bathroom needed replacing. I called Drain Doctors and got a quote from Ben. They scheduled me, showed up, replaced all of the sewer pipes under the slab, placed a new slab, cleaned up and left. The crew was very respectful and courteous too. I also felt the price was reasonable. They quoted me three days and they finished on time.

Don't hesitate to call Ben for a quote. He's super chill and easy going.

I was looking for the drain clean service after hours. These guys were super quick to respond and easy to schedule. Came to my house as scheduled, an hour after I put a request in. Examined the problem with the drain, got it all fixed. Super easy and pleasant experience.

UPDATE: Cristina's response is a non-response. It has nothing to do with my not agreeing with your tech's 'diagnosis', nor your inability to make everyone happy. And yes, you didn't do work for me nor charge, me, i believe i said that in my initial review, I hired a different plumber that was honest about what needed to be fixed. But thanks for repeating what i wrote as smoke and mirrors to the community. Ben didn't even examine the pipe that was leaking, he didn't even turn on the water to test the leak and see where it was coming from!!! The first thing he said to me when he went under my sink was, ""I know im not here for this, but you'll be glad that i am here for this'. Ben knew 10000% that he planned on selling me on something that I didn't need. His entire intention was to sell me on PEX piping and replace the pipe going out of the house and then sell me on a whole home water filter! He was going for large upsell instead of simply replacing the p-trap piping set up. That's dishonest. And I love how you hide behind, ""may God Bless You"". Shame on you for using the lords name to cover up your fraud. Not very Christian of you.

Sad to say, this company lied/misled about what was causing the small leak under my kitchen sink. It was clear as day that the leak was coming from the TOP of the pipe attached the garbage disposal. When Ben the tech arrived he immediately went right for the pipe that goes from under the sink straight out of the house, took out his iphone and took a level measurement of -1 degree. I guess we're using iphones as plumbing tools these days...... Meaning the pipe was -1 degree off-level, which he states that because of the -1 degree off level the water and fluids in the pipe are rolling back into the p-trap and causing PRESSURE to build up and thats whats causing the leak. He also stated that there are a lot of contaminants in water that will cause a 'pin hole leak' out of one of the copper pipe connectors and i need to buy water filter to prevent that, and of course, they sell those very same filters. And i also need to replace that copper connector as its showing signs that the leak is IMMINENT. He even had me go to a non-profit website, put in my zip code and see the list of contaminants in the water in my area, i guess to scare me into buying a filter.

In order to do the work he claimed we needed to get done, he needs to replace the pipe that leads out of the kitchen, and go outside and break the outside of my wall in order to replace all of the pipes and connectors. This bid came in at $2500. Which also included a membership to their company! WTF?

For what was supposed to be a small quick leak job, he's now at $2500.

I just sat there letting him go through his sales pitch knowing he was full of it.

He never once turned on the water to see where the leak was originating. I will repeat that, He never once turned on the water to see where the leak was originating. He was laser focused on that pipe going out of the house. He even went so far as to show me photos from the very same job he completed the day before for another customer that probably didn't see the upsell happening. What are the odds of going to 2 houses back to back and both houses have the same issue with the same pipe leading out of the house? Just a sales technique. Sell the customer on something they dont need.

If gravity was the issue here, which is what he said, the water was rolling backwards because of the 1 degree issue, can you explain to me how all that water would go up past the p-trap up 14"" to the top of standing pipe out of the garbage disposal to then leak through the faulty threads? Yes, thats right, faulty threads. See, i had another plumber come out after this guy tried to rip me off, and the new plumber fixed my leaky p-trap setup for $300. The other pipe that was -1 degree off was fine, no need to replace it or break the outside wall.

I asked him multiple times, if I do the work he was trying to sell me on, will that fix the leak, and he responded multiple times YES. Turns out he was also going to replace the p-trap piping set up at the same time since they were glued together, so technically, yes, i would get new p-trap piping set up. Problem is that i didnt need to do all of the work he was selling me on, i just needed new p-trap piping set up. Thats it.

Please folks, stay away from this company. They will not provide you with what you really need to fix your problem, they will upsell you as much as they can and rip you off.
