Besides being expensive, those people do fraudulent activities.
They came on 8/3/2016 at my house and probably waited for a month to cash-in the check to see if their trick could go unnoticed.

These guys are great! I have had several problems in my older home with blockages in the main sewer line. They scoped the line, found that the old Orangeburg pipe was failing and have helped me to plan a replacement (coming up in a couple of months when I can tear up my backyard a little).

When sewage was coming out the floor drain in my garage, they showed up within an hour. I just had them out to clear a clogged bathroom drain that I wasn't able to get on my own. Again, quick solution. Really nice people. Absolutely the best plumbers that I've worked with in 20 years of owning various old houses...

Switched to Drain Doctors after reading reviews of other plumbers on Yelp.
Best decision ever. Drain Doctor's was a couple hundred more than the first quote, but worth the difference many times over. We just bought an older house in Los Osos and had Drain Doctors out to do a complete house re-plumb. Rip out lots of old rusty, leaky, galv pipe, and install 100% new PEX and copper pipe and all new service fittings. Josh and Bailey completed the entire project, including several extra's in just two days, and they held to their original price range. Plus they worked with me to install exposed service fittings to look like I wanted. In 30 years of managing construction, I have rarely seen anyone work as hard as Josh. They never took a lunch break, and rarely stopped to catch their breath. And still the quality of work is exceptional. We are extremely happy with the end product and highly recommend Drain Doctors. As we do more bathroom remodels, we will have them back. Thank you to Yelp reviewers for steering us in the best direction and getting a great installation.

I sent the photos and a bill from the tile installer for repairing the scratches. Alicia was very courteous and said that Drain Doctors would be sending a check directly to the installer for the repair.
