The kitchen pipe has a kink in it, so I call Drain Doctors out every year for ten years. They rout the entire line quickly and completely as well as courteously, without judging the contents of the clog.

We paid drain doctors to come out and do a plumbing assessment of a property we are considering purchasing. And are in escrow in. We contacted them because they did a prior repair, which at the time they were very aware of in fact they stated that they had been to the property many times. After charging us $250 and knew that we were waiting to see a quote for all of the issues that needed to be repaired on the property, we never received the estimate and called several times, we were told they were busy, and did because it was so much work they did not feel like completing the estimate they hung us up for two days after multiple phone calls asking where the estimate was and have still not completed the estimate and now have are saying it's a conflict of interest! Very unprofessional! We have requested to be contacted by the owners and or manager of the business.Well I guess it's a good thing we did not actually hire them to do the work since they couldn't even provide a simple estimate. Better to find out now!

We had an on demand water heater that wouldn't fire up every once in a while and we didn't want to waste water so we called Drain Doctors.
Dan came out and even though he wasn't familiar with the model, Dan figured it out and it's working like a champ again.
Be advised however they ain't cheap, but they are good.

We had a leak in our condo water meter in Avila and called Drain Doctors. We made an appointment the next day and they showed up on time. The lady that we talked to on the phone was wonderful. Todd pulled his shovel from the truck and found the leak after digging through roots and rocks and repaired it. If we ever have a plumbing problem we will definitely call Drain Doctors.

Drain Doctors were recommended to us by another plumber who no longer does toilets. These guys were great. The friendly scheduler (whose name I forgot) was able to get someone to the house the same day. Cameron was quick, professional and friendly. He unplugged our toilet in record time. We have had recent dealings with other plumbing companies who gave us a quote then upped the fees once they started the work. Drain Doctors gave us a quote and explained what might be involved and the costs if that happened. They fixed the toilet and there were no ""extra"" charges. I highly recommend them.

Cameron did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. Very professional, prompt & courteous service. I also used the Drain Doctors several months ago to unclog my sewer line at my store. They succeeded at unclogging that line after another company had failed to do so. Very reasonable prices and excellent service, I highly recommend the Drain Doctors!

Definitely as good as it gets. We called another plumber in the morning and the service said he'd get back to me. I called at 1 pm; told the same thing. Called at 3 pm and told the same thing. Called at 5 pm and the service said that they would try again. Finally, he called at 5:10 to say that he never checks with the service until he finishes a job and now he was through for the day...and was booked for the next 3 days. Since I'd made it clear each time that I had to shut off the water to the house and was hoping he could come today! So why was I not told that in the first place?

So...I called Drain Doctors at 6 pm and they had Cameron on call. He arrived at 7. Totally competent, cheerful, friendly, and efficient. I'm sorry that I was pushed into needing someone after hours but never have I been so happy to pay overtime to get the job done. Shame on the other guy...he needs a better system.
