We had a clogged sewer line, and Drain Doctor was able to get here promptly and fix the issue. We were so pleased with our technician, José- he did a terrific, thorough job. We would definitely call them again, and recommend them to others!

Horrible. Disgusting owner and very poorly run. Before the plumber came I confirmed no assessment charge on the phone and they sent a plumber out. We had a toilet clogged and they showed up and the plumber did not perform a single service and even advised against trying anything because he was not confident he could fix it. He called his front office with me (on camera) to confirm there was no charge. They did confirm. The plumber left never asking for any payment after confirming. Then I get a phone call from Charles (owner) not hearing me out and calling me a liar and that I should be ashamed of myself and screaming at me. Wouldn't even let me get a full sentence in. Would never recommend.

When you Refer the drain doctor in Dallas............!
Be sure to tell the drain doctor that if a plumber is needed for any repairs that they need to call the plumber that referred them,right now the drain doctors technicians are referring plumbing companies that were not the plumbing company that referred them there for the stoppage.. sounds like some underhanded dealings to me they just stole my customer.. The boss at the drain doctor in Dallas told me he had no idea that these guys were doing that and then he hung the phone up on me when I express my frustrations with him on the phone.

Drain Doctor provided service on October 1. The serviceman cleared the drain and was paid as agreed. He was pleasant and informed me of their warranty policy. Fast forward to November 19. Same problem; same drain. Called Drain Doctor and was told that a serviceman would be out and that their dispatched would call to schedule. Three calls in to Drain Doctor. Unable to get an answer on when they will send someone out. Seems that warranty calls are not as important as service calls. They may be less expensive. Just remember, after they get your money the customer services disappears.

Best company for clogged drains. 1st quote I received from competition was $425 to just get started. Drain Dr completed the job quickly and for $200. Service guy was respectful and kind.

Paid for the first trip out, but it didn't fix the issue, after waiting for the service tech to return on our pre arranged time and day, he did not show.
The attempt to set up a third appointment with the owner ended in a bunch of excuses... I called another company...

Drain Doctor was exactly what we needed when we found our toilet gurgling and bathtub drain pushing up dirty water. Sergio fixed the issue same day, he was professional and efficient, and the bill was very affordable. He also gave us some helpful recommendations to prevent future clogs. Was a breath of fresh air to have someone come and simply fix an issue without any hassle or hidden fees. Highly recommend

We had outside drain issues after 18 years of living in this house. Lots of clogged french drains that almost flooded our house during the last torrential down pour. I took a stab in the dark and called the Drain Doctor. Jose arrived early and stayed until he was sure all of the drains were running free. There were lots of clogs and he was a super star. Definitely pleased with both the level of service and the ultimate price. Absolutely would recommend them!
