Drain Doctor provided service on October 1. The serviceman cleared the drain and was paid as agreed. He was pleasant and informed me of their warranty policy. Fast forward to November 19. Same problem; same drain. Called Drain Doctor and was told that a serviceman would be out and that their dispatched would call to schedule. Three calls in to Drain Doctor. Unable to get an answer on when they will send someone out. Seems that warranty calls are not as important as service calls. They may be less expensive. Just remember, after they get your money the customer services disappears.

Best company for clogged drains. 1st quote I received from competition was $425 to just get started. Drain Dr completed the job quickly and for $200. Service guy was respectful and kind.

Paid for the first trip out, but it didn't fix the issue, after waiting for the service tech to return on our pre arranged time and day, he did not show.
The attempt to set up a third appointment with the owner ended in a bunch of excuses... I called another company...
Im filing with the BBB for a refund...

Drain Doctor was exactly what we needed when we found our toilet gurgling and bathtub drain pushing up dirty water. Sergio fixed the issue same day, he was professional and efficient, and the bill was very affordable. He also gave us some helpful recommendations to prevent future clogs. Was a breath of fresh air to have someone come and simply fix an issue without any hassle or hidden fees. Highly recommend

Ramon was very clean and professional, no complaints. He advised us again to do another cleaning to avoid roots in our line. Ramon had the concern repaired within minutes, will use these guys again.

We had outside drain issues after 18 years of living in this house. Lots of clogged french drains that almost flooded our house during the last torrential down pour. I took a stab in the dark and called the Drain Doctor. Jose arrived early and stayed until he was sure all of the drains were running free. There were lots of clogs and he was a super star. Definitely pleased with both the level of service and the ultimate price. Absolutely would recommend them!

I had an unexpected drain issue one early Thursday morning and called my regular plumber that happened to be too busy to take care of me that day so he recommended Drain Dr. I called and the owner (Charlie) answered right away and got someone out within the hour. Steven walked up apologizing about how long it took him to get there (remember, he was there within the hour) and we got to work. I showed him the problem, he gave me a competitive quote and he was done within 30 minutes going out of his way to clean the drain out after snaking it to get all the hair out. I appreciate how quick and easy Drain Dr. was to work with and now I have two good plumbers if needed. Now, back to drying up all the water!

They fixed my issue but charged me extra for snaking 2 drains. Website says price is fixed for residential customers but that is not true. They charged me an extra $70 making the total $229.

I called and they said they were working on updating the website but wouldn't adjust my bill. Not an excuse. I had used them before but will not call again. Basic misleading advertising and customer service.

Nothing wrong with the work done. I just have an issue with the pricing.

He was there within 30 min. to fix a drain line that was backing up into the bathtub and leaking under the toilet. Quick and easy service. Our main line had roots growing in it that they got rid of for $139. Would use again and recommend!
