They fixed my issue but charged me extra for snaking 2 drains. Website says price is fixed for residential customers but that is not true. They charged me an extra $70 making the total $229.
I called and they said they were working on updating the website but wouldn't adjust my bill. Not an excuse. I had used them before but will not call again. Basic misleading advertising and customer service.
Nothing wrong with the work done. I just have an issue with the pricing.

He was there within 30 min. to fix a drain line that was backing up into the bathtub and leaking under the toilet. Quick and easy service. Our main line had roots growing in it that they got rid of for $139. Would use again and recommend!

I don't want to even give them
one star, but yelp won't let you give nothing. Well I'm going to give everyone a heads up. This is now a train wreck , the owner hired a young very impatient immature young lady that has no respect for you as a client . Charlie who owns all the drain dr around because if you call the different numbers you are directly back on the phone with this little very very important little tart . Now be aware if you don't make her happy you won't get past the gate keeper , which only leads you to Charlie who yells at you for being confused how you could be upset with her treating you poorly and hanging up on you . But she does say sorry a lot and she does say thank you a lot , buts that's right before she had not let you speak. I don't know what happened to Charlie and his company but he is obviously very Smitton with his new Tiffany. If only we could have Elizabeth back. What a mistake Charlie, you need to grow some and take care of us very long time customers. Buyer beware. Just think if they did work and you had a problem, you end up in the principal office with Tiffany yelling at you how busy she is and then being so mature and doing the THANK YOU !!! And hang up . Tiffany people are more savvy then that we know we just got the , take a hike . Well I did and found a really nice company with respect for the clients and believe that relationships mean something. I guess you didn't learn this yet . You all will be deleted from my venders and where ever you are Elizabeth. God Bless.. Tiffany was very quick to let me know she was in charge now .. what a train wreck .. Sorry Charlie !!!!!!

We've used Drain Doctor at this location many times. They've come quickly and given excellent service. What's not to love?
While we all hope we will never need this service, but realistically, we who live in Carrollton, where houseboats should be the norm rather that houses, should either keep a plumber on retainer or just call Drain Doctor.

Lifesavers! Fast, effective, professional, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for getting your drains cleared out.

Steve S. Was the guy who came out. We're in garland and these guys are amazing! We called and within the hour they were here, fast and reliable service.

I am in the property management business and I have used Drain Doctor for well over 10 years now. Their prices are fixed and I have never had and issue with an upcharge or change in pricing because of any "issues". Unlike some other services I have used in the past, Drain doctor employees will clean and disinfect areas of work after finishing and they have come out in rain and yes, even snow to help me out! In the few instances where the clog returned, they came out again and cleared the lines at no additional cost within 2 weeks of original service! This company specializes in only cleaning out drains and do NOT make repairs...only recommendations.

After struggling with drain clogs from our washer, kitchen and bar sinks for months on our own...even bought a 40 foot snake to clear drains, we threw up the white flag and called Drain Doctor on a recommendation. Admittedly, the mixed reviews made us reticent but throwing good money after bad was no longer an option. We called and within 30 minutes they sent out Yanse. My husband and I were raising our eyebrows with skeptiscm when he said he would start by snaking the drain but we decided to let the man do his work. Of course, his drain snake was thicker and 75 feet long and did the trick! We are clog free for a reasonable price...now we can finally get back to being civilized to the world and each other!

Well, My experience with customer service is what get the star, and the quick action for the technician coming out. The tech was a butthole with a dry sense of humor! And lazy! He had to come out again after the first time cause he didn't fix it right from the beginning, by him coming out the second time he had an attitude. Look dude that's your fault for trying to take the easy route.. I had a 30 day warranty, I should have for paying $200 in the first place.. I ain't calling them back again after my warranty is done!

I had a great experience with Drain Doctor. I set up an appointment really quick for the morning and they said they would call 30 mins before 8am appointment and they did exactly that. Ramon arrived right on time and was courteous and informative. He found the clean out spot which wasn't in the ideal spot. He got his equipment and even though the snake didn't work the first time he changed the head and it worked the second time to get the roots out of my main line. He prided himself on doing the work and getting it fixed no matter what. He also informed me of some things that I should get fixed in order to avoid problems in the future. After it was all done he cleaned up the area and I gave him my credit card for the bill which was only $140. Considering I paid a $60 service charge to the plumber that my warranty company sent that wasn't able to do anything, I say this was a great deal. I am happy with my experience and would use them again.
