I called for a price estimate for my commercial business which is something they had done for me in the past and to my surprise the prices were so much higher.

If any of you are wondering why Drain Doctor has gone down the toilet, it's because Charlie the owner passed away and his daughters are now running the company. Unfortunately, his two daughters have no CLUE how to run this business. They recently laid off several workers who were the backbone of this company, people who have been with Charlie for years.

Called my plumber and they couldn't come for a couple of days. They gave me Drain Drs. number. Talk about fast service. They came out quickly and although I knew what my problem was from a past experience they jumped right on it and got it fixed. Tech went over what he found. Got the bill prepared and was on his way. Very fair price for the service too. Recommended.

We have plumbing issue for a while and we found Drain Dr on yelp and decided to give them try because of the rate and review.....they were friendly on the phone and quickly set up appointments with us next day.....Steven showed up on time and after working with my pluming he found out that was sewer line problem break in the line and want us called city hall. We called city hall and they replaced it immediately
Steven is professional and great plumber . Highly recommended and definitely I'll use this company from now on.

I'm so thankful I called Drain Dr! I called late yesterday evening and Steve was here at 8:30am today! Not only was he beyond professional, he was quick! We had a stoppage and water was backing up into our home. Steve found clean-outs no problem and went to work. Less than a hour later, the service was complete! Drain Dr also provides a 30 day guarantee on services.

Steve told me the company has had the same owner since 1979....I will definitely call them again if needed.

Some backstory--Originally, I went through my home warranty service and the service received was less than optimal. The company said we did not have clean-outs and to have them installed (for the low, low cost of $600) before they could do the job. Having no access to our showers or toilets, I bit the bullet and called someone outside of our home warranty service--again, I'm so thankful I called Drain Dr!

Called today due a stoppage and backed up water. They were very friendly on the phone and worked with my schedule to set an appointment.

Ramon showed up within the the time frame I expected. We explained the situation and he got right to work.

He had us back up and running in no time. I can't speak highly enough about him. Very friendly and personably with a smile on his face the whole time. Keep up the good work.

Are they a little pricier than others? Probably, but for service like that, I don't mind paying the extra.

The gentleman that they sent out was friendly and professional enough. however charging me nearly $200 for spending an hour to place a snake to see if the drain was clogged was a little excessive. They discovered drain was not clogged and fixing the actual problem was out of their scope. It'll require a actual plumber.
